Oskar Stachnik (born 1 March 1998) is a Polish discus thrower.

He is studying at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. He won a silver medal at the 2016 IAAF World U20 Championships [1] and gold at the 2017 European Athletics U20 Championships. [2] He won also a bronze medal at the 2019 European Athletics U23 Championships [3] and a gold medal at the 2021 Summer World University Games. [4]
