Oto is a village located in the municipality of Broto, Province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain.
The Oto-Manguean or Otomanguean languages are a large family comprising several subfamilies of indigenous languages of the Americas. All of the Oto-Manguean languages that are now spoken are indigenous to Mexico, but the Manguean branch of the family, which is now extinct, was spoken as far south as Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Oto-Manguean is widely viewed as a proven language family. However, this status has been recently challenged.
OTO Melara was a subsidiary of the Italian company Finmeccanica, today Leonardo, active in the defence sector, with factories in Brescia and La Spezia. The Mod 56 pack howitzer, in service throughout the world, and the 76mm naval gun, adopted by 53 navies and installed on over 1,000 naval vessels, are among OTO Melara's best-known weapons since World War II.

The Oto-Pamean languages are a branch of the Oto-Manguean languages that includes languages of the Otomi-Mazahua, Matlatzinca, and Pamean language groups all of which are spoken in central Mexico. Like all Oto-Manguean languages, the Oto-Pamean languages are tonal languages, though most have relatively simple tone systems. Unlike many Oto-Manguean languages that tend towards an isolating typology, they are morphologically complex headmarking languages with complex systems of conjugational classes both for verbs and nouns, and in the Pamean languages there are highly complex patterns of suppletion.

The Mixtecan languages constitute a branch of the Oto-Manguean language family of Mexico. They include the Trique languages, spoken by about 24,500 people; Cuicatec, spoken by about 15,000 people; and the large expanse of Mixtec languages, spoken by about 511,000 people. The relationship between Trique, Cuicatec, and Mixtec, is an open question. Unpublished research by Terrence Kaufman in the 1980s supported grouping Cuicatec and Mixtec together.

Otar Nemsadze is a Georgian singer. He represented Georgia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song "Sul tsin iare", having won Georgian Idol on 3 March. Nemsadze is best known for winning season five of Geostar in 2010. He previously participated in season three of The Voice of Ukraine, finishing second. In 2017, he participated in the Georgian selection for Eurovision with the band Limbo. Their song "Dear God" finished 10th with 60 points. He acted as Georgia's spokesperson in the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2021, announcing the points awarded by the Georgian jury.
"Sul tsin iare" is a song by Oto Nemsadze that represented Georgia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv. It was performed during the first semi-final, but didn't gain enough votes to progress to the final.
Oto-palato-digital syndrome is the generalised term for two conditions, oto-palato-digital syndrome type I (OPD1) and oto-palato-digital syndrome type II (OPD2), that are both X-linked recessive genetic disorders with overlapping phenotypes. The most severe phenotypes of each syndrome occur only in males, with females generally having attenuated forms of the condition, although this does not apply to all individual cases. Some writers conceptualise oto-palato-digital syndrome as a spectrum disorder including two similarly-presenting genetic syndromes, frontometaphyseal dysplasia and Melnick-Needles syndrome.
