The PUPHAM-RCG INC formerly known as Polytechnic University of the Philippines Help, Assist, Mobilize - Radio Communications Group Incorporated (PUPHAM-RCG INC) is a non-profit university-based organization engaged in university and public service through radio communications.
PUPHAM-RCG INC has been founded by four active Polytechnic University of the Philippines students in 1997

Their first motive was to create a communications group that in the event of disaster and emergency, it would provide assistance.
That time communication played a vital role in providing timely response. However, communication facilities failed during those critical times due to loss of power, destruction of facility or complexity of returning the facility to operational status. Since then PUPHAM-RCG have developed the expertise of pooling manpower in limited amount of time and setting up communication equipment both for land based fixed and mobile station.
There are three types of membership available.
Alumni Members are those who were previously Enrolled Numerics but has already been graduated from their course.
Enrolled Numerics Members are those who are already earned the Numeric call sign and still enrolled as a student under Polytechnic university of the Philippines. Their Call sign are starting with PH and ends with their respective Numeric call sign.
Probationary Members are those who are just joined the organisation and still under training. Their Call sign starts with PH and ends with a three alphabetical letter. Its members are identified by using their callsign starting with the prefix of "PH" meaning the initials of PUPHAM

The Colegio de San Juan de Letran, also referred to by its acronym CSJL, is a private Catholic coeducational basic and higher education institution owned and run by the friars of the Order of Preachers in Intramuros, Manila, Philippines. It was founded in 1620. Colegio de San Juan de Letran has the distinction of being the oldest college in the Philippines and the oldest secondary institution in Asia. The school has produced Philippine presidents, revolutionary heroes, poets, legislators, members of the clergy, jurists, and it is also one of the only Philippine schools that has produced several Catholic saints who lived and studied on its campus. It was founded in 1952 by Dr. José P. Laurel, who was the third president of the Republic of the Philippines.

The Philippine Amateur Radio Association (PARA) is a national non-profit organization for amateur radio enthusiasts in the Philippines. Key membership benefits of PARA include the sponsorship of amateur radio operating awards and radio contests, and a QSL bureau for those members who regularly communicate with amateur radio operators in other countries. PARA represents the interests of Filipino Amateur Radio Operators/Enthusiasts before the national and international telecommunications regulatory authorities. Polytechnic University of the Philippines is a research coeducational state university in Manila, Philippines. It was founded on 19 October 1904, as the Manila Business School (MBS) and as part of Manila's public school system. It was eventually promoted to a chartered state university in 1978, by virtue of Presidential Decree 1341. PUP has more than 20 branches and campuses across Central Luzon, Southern Luzon and Metro Manila. With over 70,000 enrolled students, PUP claims to be the largest state university in the Philippines by student population.
The Polytechnic State University of Bicol, also referred to by its acronym PSUB, is a state university in the Bicol Region, Philippines. Junior Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers or JPIIE is an academic organization based in University of Perpetual Help System DALTA - Calamba Campus exclusive for BS Industrial Engineering students, faculty and alumni of the said university. It is one of the seven student organizations under the College of Engineering of the university which includes MES for BS Mechanical Engineering students and ACES for BS Civil Engineering among others. The organization is also a member of PIIE, a premier organization of BS Industrial Engineering graduates and students, and IE professionals in the Philippines. Engr. Philip Ermita, PIE, ASEAN Engr. is the organization's adviser aside from being the Dean of College of Engineering in the university.

Fortunato "Boy" Tanseco de la Peña is a Filipino engineer and professor who served as the Secretary of Science and Technology in the Cabinet of President Rodrigo Duterte from 2016 to 2022. Before he assumed leadership of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), he was the Undersecretary for Scientific and Technological Services from 2001 to 2014. Except for his brief retirement from 2014 to 2016, he has been with the department since 1982.

The Alpha Phi BetaFraternity is a fraternity based in the University of the Philippines College of Law with no recognized chapters outside University of the Philippines Diliman. The fraternity's membership hails from the College of Law and from pre-law colleges in the campus. 2019 marked the fraternity's 80th Anniversary. It is one of the three fraternities based in the college, the other two being Sigma Rho fraternity and Scintilla Juris.
