The Pakistan women's national cycling team represents Pakistan in international cycling competitions. It is administered by the Pakistan Cycling Federation (PCF). Members of the team compete in individual and team events at competitions including regional games (South Asian Games).

The Pakistan national football team represents Pakistan association football in FIFA-authorised events and is controlled by the Pakistan Football Federation, the governing body for football in Pakistan. Pakistan's home ground is Punjab Stadium, Lahore. Pakistan became a member of FIFA in 1948 joining the Asian Football Confederation. Pakistan's national team debuted in 1950.

The Pakistan Sports Board is supported by the Pakistan Sports Trust, which assists hard up players and associations so they can continue participating in sports.

Sidra Sadaf is a Pakistani woman cyclist who won a silver medal at the 11th South Asian Games in Dhaka, Bangladesh in January 2010.

Pakistan National Kabaddi Team represents Pakistan in international kabaddi. The Pakistan Kabaddi Federation manages the team. Tahir Waheed Jutt is the Head Coach of the team. Muhammad Irfan is the captain of the team and Shafiq Ahmad is the vice-captain of the team.

The National Games of Pakistan is a multi-sport event held in Pakistan. It comprises various disciplines in which sportsmen from the different teams participate against each other. The games are organized by Pakistan Sports Board, Pakistan Olympic Association and the host province.

Arshad Nadeem Pakistani javelin thrower

Arshad Nadeem is a Pakistani athlete specialising in the javelin throw. He represents WAPDA in domestic competition. In Dec 2019, he established a new South Asian Games record in Javelin throw with a distance of 86.29m, thus securing direct qualification to 2020 Summer Olympics, making him the country's only track-and-field athlete to qualify directly for the Olympics and first Pakistani individual overall to qualify for the final of any track-and-field event at the Olympic Games.

In 2016, she along with two other team mates became the first women boxers from Pakistan to compete in an international competition when they participated at the South Asian Games in Guwahati, India. She was also included in the first ever team sent to the Asian Games.
