After a seven-year run, the tournament was removed from the Korn Ferry Tour schedule in 2021 due to WinCo Foods ending its title sponsorship.

After the event was canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19, it moved to The Grove in May 2021 as a regular season Korn Ferry event. Once it was named the 2022 Korn Ferry Tour Tournament of the year, it was announced that the event would move to September to be a part of the Korn Ferry Tour Finals for the 2023 Korn Ferry Tour season and beyond.

The LECOM Health Challenge was a golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. It was first played in July 2016 on the Upper Course of Peek'n Peak Resort in Findley Lake, New York, which had previously hosted the Peek'n Peak Classic on the same tour from 2002 to 2007.

The NV5 Invitational is a golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. It was first played as the Evans Scholars Invitational in May 2019 at The Glen Club in Glenview, Illinois. It was played in June 2020 on the King & Bear Course at the World Golf Village near St. Augustine, Florida. Chris Kirk won the tournament by one stroke over Justin Lower.

The tournament was one of several added to the Korn Ferry Tour schedule in 2020 as part of adjustments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was played in October 2020 on the Panther Lake Course at Orange County National Golf Center near Winter Garden, Florida. Trey Mullinax won the tournament by one stroke over Stephan Jäger and Brandon Wu.

The TPC San Antonio Challenge at the Canyons was a golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. The tournament was one of several added to the Korn Ferry Tour schedule in 2020 as part of adjustments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was played in July 2020 on the Canyons Course at TPC San Antonio near San Antonio, Texas. David Lipsky won the tournament by four strokes over Taylor Pendrith; both would finish the 2020–21 Korn Ferry Tour season inside the top 25 in points, thereby earning promotion to the PGA Tour.
