The UNC Health Championship (formerly Rex Hospital Open [1] ) is a regular golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. It is played annually at the Raleigh Country Club in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The Korn Ferry Tour is the developmental tour for the U.S.-based PGA Tour, and features professional golfers who have either not yet reached the PGA Tour, or who have done so but then failed to win enough FedEx Cup points to stay at that level. Those who are on the top 30 of the money list at year's end are given PGA Tour memberships for the next season. Since the 2013 season, the Korn Ferry Tour has been the primary pathway for those seeking to earn their PGA Tour card. Q-School, which had previously been the primary route for qualification to the PGA Tour, has been converted as an entryway to the Korn Ferry Tour.

From 2024 to 2028, it will be played at the Pete Dye Course at French Lick Resort. Since the 2008 edition, the purse has been $1,000,000, with the winner receiving $180,000.

The AdventHealth Championship is a Korn Ferry Tour event that was played for the first time in 2009 as the Christmas in October Classic. The tournament took a hiatus in 2010, and returned as the Midwest Classic in 2011 with the Kansas City Crusaders as the host organization. The event was renamed as the KC Golf Classic in 2018.

The WinCo Foods Portland Open was a golf tournament in Oregon on the Korn Ferry Tour. It debuted in August 2014 at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in North Plains, a suburb northwest of Portland. Northwest-based supermarket chain WinCo Foods was named as the title sponsor in June 2013. After a seven-year run, the tournament was removed from the Korn Ferry Tour schedule in 2021 due to WinCo Foods ending its title sponsorship.

The Simmons Bank Open is a golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. It was first played in June 2016 at the Nashville Golf & Athletic Club in Brentwood, Tennessee. After the event was canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19, it moved to The Grove in May 2021 as a regular season Korn Ferry event. Once it was named the 2022 Korn Ferry Tour Tournament of the year, it was announced that the event would move to September to be a part of the Korn Ferry Tour Finals for the 2023 Korn Ferry Tour season and beyond. Beginning in 2024, the event moved to the Vanderbilt Legends Club's North Course as The Grove will be hosting LIV Golf Nashville's event.

The NV5 Invitational is a golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. It was first played as the Evans Scholars Invitational in May 2019 at The Glen Club in Glenview, Illinois. As part of COVID-19-related schedule changes to the Korn Ferry Tour season, the tournament was postponed to September 2020, and the location was changed to Chicago Highlands Club. In 2021 the tournament returned to May and to The Glen Club.

It was played in October 2020 on the Panther Lake Course at Orange County National Golf Center near Winter Garden, Florida. Trey Mullinax won the tournament by one stroke over Stephan Jäger and Brandon Wu.

The TPC San Antonio Challenge at the Canyons was a golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. The tournament was one of several added to the Korn Ferry Tour schedule in 2020 as part of adjustments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was played in July 2020 on the Canyons Course at TPC San Antonio near San Antonio, Texas. David Lipsky won the tournament by four strokes over Taylor Pendrith; both would finish the 2020–21 Korn Ferry Tour season inside the top 25 in points, thereby earning promotion to the PGA Tour.
