The para powerlifting competition was held at the National Exhibition Centre in Solihull. [3] Five other sports - badminton, boxing, netball, table tennis, and weightlifting - also took place there. [4]
A total of 40 powerlifters (20 per gender) qualified to compete at the Games. Nations earned two quotas per weight class, allocated as follows: [5]

The 2022 Commonwealth Games, officially known as the XXII Commonwealth Games and commonly known as Birmingham 2022, were an international multi-sport event for members of the Commonwealth of Nations that took place in Birmingham, England between 28 July and 8 August 2022.
