His highest-selling album to date, it has been certified 2× Platinum by the RIAA and had sold 1.5 million copies. Singles from this album include the title track, Arlington, and Honky Tonk Badonkadonk. The title track and "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk" both went to No.2 and Arlington went to No.16 on the U.S. BillboardHot Country Songs charts. "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk" was also a Top 40 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and Pop 100 as well.

River Road is an American country music band composed of Tony Ardoin, Mike Burch, Richard Comeaux, Steve Grisaffe, and Charles Ventre. Founded in 1989, the band signed to Capitol Records Nashville in 1997, releasing their self-titled debut album that year and charting three singles on the Billboard country charts, including the top 40 hit "Nickajack". By 1998, River Road had transferred to Virgin Records Nashville, charting a fourth single and recording an unreleased album. Ventre and Grisaffe each began solo careers in the 2000s, but they reunited with Ardoin and Burch in 2011 to release a new extended play.
Thunder & Roses is the seventh studio album recorded by American country music artist Pam Tillis. It is also the last album she recorded for the Arista label. I Don't Want to Miss a Thing is the eighth studio album released by American country music artist Mark Chesnutt. His last album for the Decca Records label, I Don't Want to Miss a Thing produced two singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, including a cover of the Aerosmith song of the same name, which reached Number One on the country charts, becoming the final Number One of his career thus far. This cover was also Chesnutt's biggest crossover, reaching Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. Only one other single was released from this album: "This Heartache Never Sleeps", which reached #17 on the country charts.

"I'm from the Country" was co-written by Richard Young, rhythm guitarist for the band The Kentucky Headhunters. The album was originally to be titled Walkin' the Line.

Bring You Back is the debut studio album by American country music artist Brett Eldredge. It was released on August 6, 2013 by Atlantic Nashville. The album was originally titled One Way Ticket, and was to include Eldredge's second single "It Ain't Gotta Be Love". However, the album was renamed before release and "It Ain't Gotta Be Love" was scrapped from the final track listing. The album includes the singles "Raymond", "Don't Ya", "Beat of the Music" and "Mean to Me". "Don't Ya", "Beat of the Music" and "Mean to Me" reached number one on the Country Airplay chart. The album has gained critical acclaim by music critics.
