Paul Brogan (born 5 July 1976) is a Gaelic footballer who plays for the St Oliver Plunketts Eoghan Ruadh club and formerly for the Dublin county team.
From a famous footballing family, Brogan is the son of former All-Ireland winning and All Star player Bernard Brogan Snr and is the brother of former Dublin players Alan and Bernard Jnr. [1] His uncle Jim Brogan was also an inter-county footballer for Dublin. Alongside most of his family, Brogan has attended St. Declan's College on Navan Road.
He made his senior inter-county debut as a substitute for Dublin in the 2008 O'Byrne Cup against Wicklow. [2] He made his first start for Dublin against Westmeath in the quarter-final of the O'Byrne Cup and scored a point in the game. [3] Brogan won the Dublin AFL Division 1 title with his club St Oliver Plunketts Eoghan Ruadh. It was the first league title in the club's history.
He was on Dublin's winning team for the 2008 O'Byrne Cup winning team which defeated Longford in the final. [4] He was part of the Dublin panel that won the 2011 All-Ireland senior football championship. He was dropped from the Dublin senior football panel in October 2012.
In January 2023, Brogan was announced as a contestant in the sixth series of Dancing with the Stars. [5] He was partnered with Georgian ballroom and Latin dancer, Salome Chachua. On 5 February 2023, they were the third couple eliminated from the competition.
Alan Brogan is a Gaelic footballer from the St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh club who played for the Dublin county team from 2002 until his retirement in 2015. He can play in the full forward line but usually played centre half forward for Dublin.
Jason Sherlock is an Irish former Gaelic footballer who played at senior level for the Dublin county team between 1995 and 2010. He played most of his club football for Na Fianna in Glasnevin in the northern suburbs of Dublin. Sherlock was on the Na Fianna team which won the Dublin Championship in 1999, 2000 and 2001. In January 2007, he transferred to the nearby St. Oliver Plunkett GAA.

The 2006 Dublin Senior Football Championship was an edition of an annual Gaelic football competition organized by the Dublin County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association in Ireland. The competition used a modified knockout format. The previous champions in 2005 were Kilmacud Crokes, who were knocked out of the 2006 competition at the semi-final stage. UCD finished the 2006 championship as Dublin champions, by beating St Vincents in the final.

St Oliver Plunkett/Eoghan Ruadh is a Gaelic Athletic Association club situated on the Navan Road on the northside of Dublin, Ireland. St Oliver Plunkett Eoghan Ruadh senior football team currently have no sponsor. Plunketts won the 2006 Dublin AFL Division 2 title and won the 2007 Dublin AFL Division 1 title. Plunketts currently compete in the Dublin Senior Hurling League Division 1 and Dublin Senior B, Division 2 Camogie League.
Mick Galvin is a former Gaelic footballer who played for the Dublin county team and the St Oliver Plunketts club until they were relegated to the Dublin Intermediate Football Championship and then moved to Na Fianna where he won three Dublin Senior Football Championship medals as player and manager. Galvin returned to his former club St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh for the 2009 season. He took over the Plunketts post from Dermot Kelly who retired after leading he led Oliver Plunketts to the 2007 Dublin AFL Division One title and the 2008 Dublin Senior Football Championship final.

Liam Óg Ó hÉineacháin is a Gaelic footballer for the Dublin GAA club Kilmacud Crokes. He formerly played for the Dublin county team. He won the Dublin Senior Football Championship with Kilmacud in October 2008 at Parnell Park. Ó hÉineacháin was a panelist against St Oliver Plunketts Eoghan Ruadh but was being rested for the Leinster Senior Club Football Championship. In 2002 he transferred to Blackhall Gaels with whom he won his first Meath |Senior Championship title in 2003. Between late 2008 and early 2009 Moyles moved to St Oliver Plunketts/Eoghan Ruadh, a top level team in Dublin.

St Joseph's/OCB are an amateur athletic club located in the North Inner city of Dublin, Ireland. They are the last remaining Gaelic Athletic Association club in the area.
