Paul Esposti (born 1 November 1972 [1] ) is a Welsh racing cyclist, from Cardiff, Wales. who finished 5th in the Road Race at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur. He now lives in Colorado, United States. [1]

Julian Winn from Abergavenny, Wales is a former Welsh competitive cyclist who was formerly directeur sportif at the UCI Continental cycling team Endura Racing. He represented Wales in the 1998 Commonwealth Games at Kuala Lumpur and at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. He was appointed Welsh Cycling coach in 2005.
