Paul David Edward Shepherd (born 17 November 1977) is an English former professional footballer who played as a full-back.
Whilst at Leeds he made one first team appearance in October 1996; a 3–0 defeat away to Arsenal at Highbury. [6] He was a part of the England squad at the 1997 FIFA World Youth Championship. [7]
On 17 June 2021, at Leeds Crown Court, Shepherd was found guilty of four charges relating to possessing a firearm and Class A drugs after a three-day trial. [8]
Leigh Genesis Football Club, formerly known as Horwich Railway Mechanics Institute F.C. and Leigh Railway Mechanics Institute F.C., is an English amateur association football club that currently plays in the South Lancashire Counties Football League. The semi-professional senior side folded in 2011, following relegation from the Northern Premier League; however, the club continued, fielding youth teams in the North West Youth Alliance, and a women's team in the North West Women's Regional League.
