Peggy Wilson (born September 8,1945) is a former Republican member of the Alaska House of Representatives,who represented the 2nd District from 2001 through 2013 and the 33rd district from 2013 to 2015. She had also served as the majority leader. She had previously served for five years in the North Carolina House of Representatives. [1] [2] [3] Wilson served as Chair of the Transportation Committee,and was a member of the Education Committee,Resources Committee,State Affairs Committee,and the Legislative Council. She also served on the Education &Early Development,Labor &Workforce Development,and Transportation &Public Facilities Finance Subcommittees,for the 26th Legislature. [4] She is also a registered nurse.
Representative Wilson has a husband (Woody),three children (Tad,Gina and Chris),eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Peggy Wilson received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Kirkwood Community College in 1973,received her EMT training from the University of Alaska,and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Nursing. Loren Dwight Leman is an American politician who served as the eighth lieutenant governor of Alaska,from 2002 to 2006. Before that,he served in both houses of the state legislature,and was elected as the Senate Majority Leader by the end of his term. He served in office in electoral politics from 1989 to 2006. When Leman was elected as lieutenant governor in 2002,he was the first person of Alaska Native ancestry to be elected to statewide office in Alaska. He also has Russian-Polish ancestry.
Martha G. Scott is an American politician serving as a member of the Wayne County Commission. She previously served as a Democratic member of the Michigan State Senate from 2001 through 2010,a member of the Michigan House of Representatives from 1994 through 2001. Her senate district included the northeast section of Detroit and the cities of Hamtramck,Highland Park,Harper Woods,and the five Grosse Pointes. She was term limited at the 2010 elections,and ran for the office of Wayne County Commissioner. She won election has since been reelected several times to the Wayne County Commission.

Catherine Norah Muñoz is an American politician who was a Republican member of the Alaska House of Representatives,who from 2009 to 2017 represented the 34th District. She served as Co-Chair of the Community and Regional Affairs Committee,Vice-Chair of the Education Committee,and served two terms on the House Finance Committee. She served as Co-Chair of the Community &Regional Affairs Committee and Vice-Chair of the Education Committee. Muñoz has been a small business owner since 1988. She was appointed by Governor Michael J. Dunleavy in 2018 to serve as the Deputy Commissioner of the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Muñoz was a third-generation member of the Alaska Legislature. Her father served in the Alaska House and Senate,her grandfather as the mayor of Douglas,Alaska and in the Territorial and State Senates,and her grandmother served in the Territorial House.
Charisse Millett is a Republican former member of the Alaska House of Representatives,representing the 25th District from 2009 to 2019. In the 29th Legislature,from 2015 to 2016,she was the House Majority Leader. In the 30th Legislature,she served the House Minority Leader. She has also served as co-chair of the Energy Special Committee,and is a member of the Community &Regional Affairs Committee,Rules Committee,Fisheries Special Committee,and Armed Services Committee. She also serves on the Administration,Health &Social Services,and Transportation &Public Facilities Finance Subcommittees,for the 26th Legislature. Charisse Millett was a former Alaska State Legislative aide from 2005 to 2007 before being elected into office. In 2018,she was defeated in the Republican primary by Josh Revak.
Nancy Dahlstrom is an American politician who has served as the 15th lieutenant governor of Alaska since December 2022. She previously served as a Republican member of the Alaska House of Representatives,representing the 18th and 13th districts. She was appointed to the House at the beginning of the legislative session in 2003 when the representative-elect,Lisa Murkowski,was appointed to the United States Senate.

Catherine Andrea Giessel is an American politician. A member of the Republican Party,she has served as Majority Leader of the Alaska Senate since 2023. After Senate President Pete Kelly was unseated in 2018,Giessel was elected president of the Alaska Senate,a post she held until 2021. Giessel returned to the Alaska Senate in 2023,representing the newly configured District E after defeating incumbent Republican Roger Holland. She serves as Senate majority leader in the 33rd Legislature,overseeing a coalition caucus of eight Republicans and nine Democrats.
Lora H. Reinbold is an American politician who was a member of the Alaska Senate. She was a member of the Alaska House from 2013 to 2019,representing District 26. In 2018,Reinbold was elected to the Alaska State Senate representing the G district. She served in the State Senate from 2019 until retiring in 2023. From 2015 to the end of her tenure,Reinbold was the only member of the Alaska State Legislature unaffiliated with a caucus organization,as she was ejected from the Republican-led majority caucus in March 2015.
