Pension is a 2021 Indian Marathi-language film directed by Pundalilik Yoshada Laxman Dhumal and produced by Savi Goel. [1] [2]
The Times of India said "Director Pundalik YL Dhumal's film is based on a soul-stirring premise. The story has its heart in the right place too. However, the final product lacks finesse. Daily life in the village, petty quarrels, peculiar people - too much time is spent exploring everything else than the crux of the matter. This hampers the flow and doesn't hold the viewer's attention for long". [3]
Maharashtra Times praised the performances: [4]
Sonali is a good actress. She has played the role of Vimal. She has also sung folk songs on caste including 'Surya Ugavala Gagani, Jeev Mazha Chakrapani' for the film's credits. Nilambari Khamkar has also done well in the role. Sumit Gutte in the role of Baloo was a novice; However, it is easy. In this crowd of glamor, Ashay is right. That's why Eros Now took this movie. Very short story; But the price is high. This is a work of art for a sensitive audience. Just, feel it from the heart.
