Ephraim Kamuntu is a Ugandan management scientist and politician. He is the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 14 December 2019. Previously he served as Minister of Water and Environment from August 2012 to June 2016. He is also an ex-officio Member of the Parliament of Uganda because of his Cabinet position.

Emmanuel Otiam Otala is a Ugandan physician and politician. He served as the State Minister for Labor in the Ugandan Cabinet from February 2009 until May 2011. Before that, he served as the State Minister of Health for Primary Care from June 2006 until February 2009. In the cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, he was dropped and replaced by Mwesigwa Rukutana. He also served as the elected Member of Parliament (MP) for West Budama South Constituency, Tororo District, from 2006 until 2011. During the 2011 national elections, he lost to Jacob Marksons Oboth, an independent politician.
Asuman Kiyingi is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He was the State Minister of Works in Uganda's Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 1 March 2015, replacing John Byabagambi, who was appointed Minister of Works and Transport. Prior to that, from 27 May 2011 until 1 March 2015, he was the State Minister of Foreign Affairs for Regional Affairs. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. He replaced Isaac Musumba, who was dropped from the cabinet. Before that, he served as the State Minister for Lands from 2009 until 2011. He also represents Bugabula County South, Kamuli District, in the Parliament of Uganda. He has served in that position since 23 February 2006.
Serapio Rukundo is a Ugandan accountant and politician. He was the State Minister for Tourism and Wildlife in the Ugandan Cabinet, from 1 June 2006 until 27 May 2011. In the cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, he was dropped from the cabinet and replaced by Agnes Akiror. He also served as the elected Member of Parliament representing Kabale Municipality from 2001 until 2011. During the 2011 national election cycle, he lost the Kabale Municipality parliamentary seat to Andrew Baryayanga.
Simon Ejua is a Ugandan politician. He was the state minister for transport in the Ugandan Cabinet from 1 June 2006 until 27 May 2011. He survived the cabinet reshuffle of 16 February 2009. In the cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, he was dropped from the cabinet and was replaced by Stephen Chebrot He also served as the elected Member of Parliament, representing Vurra County, Arua District, from 2006 until 2011. In the 2011 national elections, he lost his parliamentary seat to Sam Agatre Okuonzi, an independent politician, who is the incumbent MP for that constituency.
Fredrick Ruhindi, more commonly known as Freddie Ruhindi or Fred Ruhindi, is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He was Attorney General of Uganda from 1 March 2015 to 2016. Between 2 June 2006 and 28 February 2015, he served as the State Minister for Justice & Constitutional Affairs in the Ugandan Cabinet. He has served in that capacity since 2006. In the cabinet reshuffle of 16 February 2009, and that of 27 May 2011, he retained his cabinet post. He is also the elected Member of Parliament representing Nakawa Division in Kampala District.
Alex Aadroa Onzima is a Ugandan politician. He was the State Minister in the Office of the Vice President in the Ugandan cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. Prior to that from 27 May 2011 until 6 June 2016, he served as the State Minister for Local Government. He replaced Perez Ahabwe. Onzima also served as the elected member of parliament, representing Maracha County, Maracha District in the 9th Parliament.

She served as the State Minister for Urban Planning in the Ugandan Cabinet from 15 August 2012, until 6 June 2016, when she was dropped from cabinet. In the cabinet, she replaced Justine Lumumba Kasule, who was appointed Government Chief Whip. Najjemba served as the elected Member of Parliament for Gomba County, Gomba District on the National Resistance Movement (NRM) political party ticket, for two consecutive terms, from 2006 until 2016.

Herbert Kabafunzaki is a Ugandan businessman and politician, who has served as State Minister for Labor, Employment and Industrial Relations since June 2016. He was sworn in with the rest of the cabinet on 22 June 2016.
