The Petal School District is a public school district based in Petal, Mississippi (USA). In 1976, the Petal Schools District was formed after the community decided that it wanted the local school system to be separate from the county school system. ^[2]

It includes Petal and the Forrest County portion of Eastabuchie. ^[3]
