Peter Enrique Pujals (born January 23, 1995) is a former American football quarterback. He played college football for Holy Cross. After going undrafted in the 2018 NFL draft, he signed with the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He also played for the Atlanta Legends of the Alliance of American Football (AAF).
Pujals finished his Holy Cross career second in most statistical career categories behind Dominic Randolph. [1] He was voted as a four-time team captain while also earned Second Team All-Patriot League honors twice and First Team once. [2] [3] [4] [5]

After going undrafted in the 2018 NFL draft, Pujals signed with the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL) on April 28, 2018. [7] [8] [9]
Pujals made his lone preseason appearance against the Tennessee Titans after not playing in the first three games. He came into the game in the fourth quarter with 5:55 remaining. He completed his first pass attempt for eight yards to Jeff Badet before throwing an incompletion and fumbling a few plays later. He ended the game by taking the final kneel downs at the end of the team's 13–3 win. [10]
Pujals was released by the Vikings on August 31, 2018. [11] [12]
Pujals was drafted in the third round of the AAF quarterback draft to the Atlanta Legends of the Alliance of American Football (AAF). [13] [14]
Pujals played in three games against the Arizona Hotshots, San Antonio Commanders, and Birmingham Iron. He recorded his only stats against the Commanders as he went four of six for seventeen yards. [15]
Pujals did not start any games for the Legends and had his contract terminated when the league suspended operations prior to the end of the season. [16]

Trevor A. Knight is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at Oklahoma and Texas A&M. After leading Oklahoma to an 8–5 record in the 2014 season, he lost the starting job in an open quarterback competition to Texas Tech transfer Baker Mayfield prior to the 2015 season. On January 4, 2016, it was announced that Knight would transfer to Texas A&M University.
Christian Blaize Hackenberg is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions, and was selected by the New York Jets in the second round of the 2016 NFL draft. Hackenberg spent two seasons with the Jets before being released, becoming only the third quarterback selected in the first or second round of the common-draft era not to play a game in his first two seasons. He was also a member of the Oakland Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles, and Cincinnati Bengals, although he never actually played in an NFL game.
Marquise Javon Williams is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at North Carolina. Williams was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2016, later playing for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL), the San Antonio Commanders of the Alliance of American Football (AAF), and the New York Guardians of the XFL.
Austin Michael Appleby is an American football coach and former quarterback, who is an offensive analyst coach for the UAB Blazers. He played college football at Purdue University from 2012 to 2015 for coaches Danny Hope and Darrell Hazell, before graduate transferring to the University of Florida where here he played for coach Jim McElwain in 2016 and played in the Alliance of American Football in 2019. As a true freshman at Northern Arizona University, he was named the recipient of the 2015 Jerry Rice Award and the STATS FCS Freshman Player of the Year Award, both of which are awarded to the most outstanding freshman player in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision. He holds the record for most combined passing and rushing touchdowns in a USFL game with five, which he accomplished in a game against the Michigan Panthers on June 5, 2022.

Luis Francisco Perez is an American football quarterback for the Arlington Renegades of the United Football League (UFL). He played college football at Texas A&M University–Commerce from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, he played junior college football at Southwestern College in Chula Vista, California. He was awarded the Harlon Hill Trophy in 2017 as the best football player in NCAA Division II and led the Lions to their second national championship in football during the 2017 season, their first since 1972. He most recently won the 2023 XFL Championship with the Arlington Renegades. Perez was named MVP of the Championship Game, leading the Renegades to a 35–26 victory over the D.C. Defenders.
