Peter Taylor (priest)

Peter Flint Taylor (born 7 March 1944 [1] ) was Archdeacon of Harlow in the Diocese of Chelmsford, serving from 1996 [2] until 2009. [3]

Taylor was educated at Clifton College and Queens’ College, Cambridge; and the London College of Divinity. He was ordained deacon in 1970 and priest in 1971. After curacies at St Augustine's Highbury and St Andrew's, Plymouth he was vicar of Christ Church, Ironville, from 1977 to 1983. He was rector of Holy Trinity, Rayleigh, from Chelmsford from 1983 to 1996; chaplain of HM Prison Bullwood Hall from 1986 to 1990; and Rural Dean of Rochford from 1989 to 1996.

Roger Anthony Brett Morris is the area Bishop of Colchester in the Church of England Diocese of Chelmsford. He was previously the Archdeacon of Worcester. Morris was consecrated Bishop of Colchester on 25 July 2014 at St Paul's Cathedral.

Simon David Burton-Jones is a British Anglican bishop. He has been the Bishop of Tonbridge, the suffragan bishop of the Diocese of Rochester, since his consecration on 3 July 2018; he was previously the Archdeacon of Rochester.

Anthony Robert Wright, is a retired Church of England priest. He served as Chaplain to the Speaker of the House of Commons from 1998 to 2010. From 2005 to 2010, he was also Sub-Dean and a canon of Westminster Abbey, and Archdeacon of Westminster. In 2010, he retired and was appointed canon emeritus.

John Perumbalath

John Perumbalath is a bishop in the Church of England. He has been Bishop of Bradwell in the Diocese of Chelmsford, since 3 July 2018. He had previously been Archdeacon of Barking in the same Diocese from 2013 to 2018. Perumbalath comes from the ancient Christian community in Kerala, South India. He moved to north India for higher studies and then teaching. He was ordained in the Church of North India in 1994. As Bishop of Bradwell he has oversight of 182 churches in an area covering mid and south Essex consisting of six boroughs/District Councils and two unitary authorities.
