Piers Baron (born 29 October 1983) is an English musician. He has written with and for David Blaine, Robbie Williams, [1] DJ Fresh, Pendulum, Diane Warren, [2] Glen Ballard, Maejor, Gran Turismo Sport, HBO, [3] Jetman - "Young Feathers", [4] Nike - "Never Not Part 2", [5] and Cher. [3] He is best known for his cinematic music production, particularly in drum and bass, soundtracks and pop.
Producing music under the name "Baron", he joined up with Breakbeat Kaos and was known for dance-floor tracks, releasing "At the Drive In". His drum and bass records were featured on BBC Radio 1, and were successful on the UK Dance chart, with a number one hit, seven top tens and six top three hits. He scored a number 1 on the UK Dance Singles Chart with his track "Drive In, Drive By". Drum and bass musician Goldie ranked "Drive In, Drive By" as an all-time jungle and drum & bass great. Cries from Syria is a 2017 documentary film about the Syrian Civil War, directed by Evgeny Afineevsky, and acquired by HBO. It contains video shot by Syrians with and interviews with guerilla fighters, activists, journalists, defected military men, and refugees, some that are children.
The G32 BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo is the second generation of the BMW Gran Turismo range of 5-door liftback executive cars launched in 2017, based upon the BMW 5 Series (G30). The 6 Series Gran Turismo is the successor to the BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo (F07) that was based upon the 5 Series (F10). A facelifted version of the 6 Series Gran Turismo was unveiled alongside the facelifted 5 Series on 27 May 2020. For 2021, all engines are 48 volt mild hybrids, assisted with a belt alternator starter. The 6 Series Gran Turismo was discontinued in August 2023 with no successor.

It depicts a highly sensationalized account of real life British teenager Jann Mardenborough, a teenage Gran Turismo player who became a professional racing car driver. The film stars Archie Madekwe as Mardenborough alongside David Harbour, Orlando Bloom, Darren Barnet, Geri Halliwell Horner, and Djimon Hounsou.
Gran Turismo (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the soundtrack to the 2023 film Gran Turismo. Jointly composed by Lorne Balfe and Andrew Kawczynski, the soundtrack consisting of 17 instrumental tracks from the score, was released by Sony Classical Records on August 11, 2023 in digital formats, with a physical release on August 25.
