Ping An Finance Center Tower 1 is a super-tall skyscraper in Jinan, Shandong, in the People's Republic of China. The structure is 360 meters high and has 63 floors. Construction began in 2018 and was completed in 2023. [2]
The mixed-use building includes office floors, hotel rooms and retail space. There is a lush sky garden on the top of the building. The building is located in the heart of downtown Jinan, near the Metropolis Vanke Center, with both buildings architecturally coordinated. [3]

Park Hyatt Shanghai is the tower's hotel component, comprising 174 rooms and suites occupying the 79th to the 93rd floors, which at the time of completion was the highest hotel in the world. It is now the third-highest hotel in the world after the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, which occupies floors 102 to 118 of the International Commerce Centre.

Goldin Finance 117, also known as China 117 Tower, is a supertall unfinished skyscraper in Xiqing District, Tianjin, China. The tower was topped out in 2015 at a height of 597 m. It has 128 storeys above ground, with 117 of them intended for housing, hotel, and commercial space, which provides the source of the building’s name. Designed by P&T Group, construction began in 2008 but was twice halted. As of October 2024, it remains unfinished and unoccupied.

It also broke the record of having the highest observation deck in a building at 562 m (1,844 ft). It is the second largest skyscraper in the world by floor area after Azabudai Hills Main Tower in Tokyo, Japan.

It is the tallest completed building in Guangzhou, the third-tallest in China, and the eighth-tallest in the world. The Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre has a total of 111 above ground and five below ground floors and houses a shopping mall, offices, apartments, and a hotel. The skyscraper has a gross floor area of 507,681.0 m2 (5,464,633 sq ft), of which a little over 20% is not part of the skyscraper itself, but of the podium connected to it.
CITIC Tower is a supertall skyscraper in the Central Business District of Beijing, China. The 109-story, 528 m (1,732 ft) building constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau is the tallest in the city, surpassing the China World Trade Center Tower III by 190 m (620 ft). On 18 August 2016, CITIC Tower surpassed China World Trade Center Tower III in height, becoming Beijing's tallest building. The tower structurally topped out on 9 July 2017, fully topped out on 18 August 2017, and was completed in late 2018, making CITIC Tower the tallest completed building of 2018. As of 2024, it is the tallest building with a rooftop helipad in the world.

Shandong IFC is a supertall skyscraper under construction in The Jinan Central Business District, Jinan, Shandong, China. The tower will be 428 metres (1,404.2 ft) tall and will become the tallest building in the Shandong Province. As of March 2021, the tower is already over 339 metres (1,112 ft) tall making it the tallest building in Jinan surpassing the 333-metre (1,093 ft) tall Jinan Center Financial City A5-3, the city's current tallest.

Built between 2007 and 2010, the complex consists of four towers with the tallest one standing at 280 m (920 ft) tall with 60 floors. Two of the towers serve the function of hotels, while the other two are office buildings.
