Pleophylla murzini is a species of beetle of the family Scarabaeidae. [1] It is found in South Africa (Eastern Cape). [2] [3]
Adults reach a length of about 8.9–11 mm. The pronotum is unicoloured and has dense and thick erect setae. The elytra have dark spots and dense, erect dorsal pilosity. [3]
The species is named after its collector, Sergej Murzin. [3]
