Everybody Loves a Happy Ending is the sixth studio album by English pop rock band Tears for Fears, released on 14 September 2004 in the United States and on 7 March 2005 in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Swingin' Utters is a Californian punk rock band that formed in the late 1980s. Ass Ponys was an indie rock band based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their sound combines rock and country into an off-kilter blend of Americana music. They have gone on national tours with bands such as Pavement, Throwing Muses, and Possum Dixon. Among other periodicals, they have been featured in Rolling Stone, CMJ, and The Cincinnati Post.

"I'm Not Like Everybody Else" is a song written by Ray Davies and first recorded by the Kinks in 1966 and released that year as the B-side of "Sunny Afternoon". The lead vocal is sung by Dave Davies, with occasional parts vocalized by his brother Ray, the band's usual lead singer. The song is a defiant anthem of non-conformity. It has been covered by various artists, notably the Chocolate Watchband in their 1968 rendition of the song, and by Australian band Jimmy and the Boys, who covered it as their debut single in 1979.

Wussy is an American four-piece indie rock band formed in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2001. One of Us is the third studio album by the Cincinnati indie rock group Pomegranates, released October 26, 2010, on Afternoon Records. It was produced by TJ Lipple of Aloha.
The Bomb started in 1999, formed by Jeff Pezzati of Naked Raygun. Despite the band's quiet beginnings, Steve Albini (Shellac), Big Black, recorded half of their first LP, Torch Songs, which featured the original line-up of John Maxwell on guitar and Paul Garcia on drums and backing vocals, with Steev Custer taking over bass duties. Continued Silence EP is the fifth EP by American rock band Imagine Dragons, released on February 14, 2012 by KIDinaKORNER and Interscope Records. It was recorded at Westlake Recording Studios. All songs were written by Imagine Dragons and produced by Alex Da Kid, with mixing by engineer Manny Marroquin and engineer Rich Costey. The EP was mastered by mastering engineer Joe LaPorta. All of the songs on Continued Silence were featured on the band's debut album Night Visions except for "My Fault" and "Round and Round", which were later included on deluxe editions of Night Visions. Previous purchases of songs from the EP counted towards Night Visions and decreased its price.
Heaven is the fourth studio album by the Cincinnati indie rock group Pomegranates, released June 5, 2012, on Modern Outsider Records. It was produced by Miguel Urbitztondo who has worked with acts such as Cracker, Daniel Johnston, and Sparklehorse. The album follows their critically acclaimed One of Us in 2010.

Belle Histoire was an American indie pop group. Formed in 2011 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the group consisted of vocalist Jane Smith, guitarists Aaron Hunt and Austin Livingood, bassist Mitch Winsett, and percussionist Wes Comer. They released an independent EP, Spirits, before signing to InVogue Records in 2012, through which they released a second EP, I Can Tell, and their debut album Dreamers that same year. Despite their brief existence, the group saw regional success, receiving coverage from Alternative Press and AbsolutePunk and performing at MidPoint Music Festival and the inaugural Bunbury Music Festival. Following their dissolution, Smith received attention as a solo artist, particularly a notable audition on The Voice.
