Prague High School is the public high school serving Prague, Oklahoma. The official mascot of the school is The Red Devils.
Located on U.S. Route 62, [2] it is part of the Prague Public Schools district, which was founded in 1902. [3] The high school was opened in 1906. The school's football team first played in 1915, and was undefeated during the regular season of 1917, losing only to Norman High School for the state championship. The school applied for state accreditation in 1942. [4]
In 2012 the school and school superintendent Rick Martin were both criticized when the High School principal David Smith refused to give valedictorian Kaitlin Nootbaar her high school diploma for using the word "Hell" in her graduation speech. Many thought this was a strange 'out of proportions' reaction that caught worldwide attention. A logo of a red devil is no problem but the word 'hell' in a speech is. [5]

Prague is a city in southeastern Lincoln County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 2,386 at the 2010 census, an 11.6 percent increase from the figure of 2,138 in 2000. Czech immigrants founded the city, and named it for the present-day capital of the Czech Republic with an altered pronunciation of the name.
Boley is a town in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 1,184 at the 2010 census, a gain of 5.2 percent from the figure of 1,126 recorded in 2000. Boley was established in 1903 as a predominantly Black pioneer town with persons having Native American ancestry among its citizens. Boley is currently home to barbeque equipment maker, Smokaroma, Inc, and the John Lilley Correctional Center.
Lima is a town in Seminole County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 53 at the 2010 census, a 28.4 percent decline from the figure of 74 recorded in 2000.
Salutatorian is an academic title given in the United States, Armenia, and the Philippines to the second-highest-ranked graduate of the entire graduating class of a specific discipline. Only the valedictorian is ranked higher. This honor is traditionally based on grade point average (GPA) and number of credits taken, but consideration may also be given to other factors such as co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The title comes from the salutatorian's traditional role as the first speaker at a graduation ceremony, delivering the salutation. In a high school setting, a salutatorian may also be asked to speak about the current graduating class or to deliver an invocation or benediction. In some instances, the salutatorian may even deliver an introduction for the valedictorian. The general themes of a salutatorian speech and valediction are usually of growth, outlook towards the future, and thankfulness.
Classen School of Advanced Studies is a public speciality school serving students in grades 6–12 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jesuit High School is a private, Catholic, all-male high school run by the U.S. Central and Southern Province of the Society of Jesus in Tampa, Florida. Midway High School is a public high school located in the city of Waco, Texas, USA and classified as a 6A school by the UIL. It is part of the Midway Independent School District, which serves the Waco, Texas area. Although the school is located in southwestern Waco, most students live in the suburbs of Woodway and Hewitt. Kyle Edward Singler is an American former professional basketball player. Singler was a four-year starter for the Duke men's basketball team and was instrumental in their 2010 NCAA championship run, earning Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four.
