Prebuild is a compilation album by English electronic music group 808 State, which was released on 4 October 2004 by Rephlex Records. It contains tracks recorded during the Newbuild recording sessions in 1987 and 1988.

The song was released as the second single from the album on July 10, 2020, by Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records. It was written by the artists alongside producer 808Melo, co-producers Rxcksta and JW Lucas, and Jess Jackson, who is also credited as an additional producer alongside 1801 Records, Billy J, DJ Drewski, Jer-Z, K. Mack, and Ray Lennon.
