Pretty Runs Out is the third album from New Orleans singer and fiddler Amanda Shaw. It is the first album Shaw has recorded after being signed to the major label Rounder Records.

Rick Anderson of AllMusic praised Pretty Runs Out for having a wide breadth of musical genres while keeping a hometown grown sound. [1] Alternatively, reviewers compared Shaw's performance on Pretty Runs Out to other country singers. Chuck Eddy of Billboard believed Shaw's vocals were akin to Rachel Sweet [2] while The Bluegrass Special magazine felt that Shaw's combination of songwriting, singing, and performing was following the same steps as Chris Thile. The Bee Gees were a musical group formed in 1958 by brothers Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb. The trio were especially successful in popular music in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and later as prominent performers in the disco music era in the mid- to late 1970s. Dwight David Yoakam is an American singer-songwriter, actor, and film director. He first achieved mainstream attention in 1986 with the release of his debut album Guitars, Cadillacs, Etc., Etc.. Yoakam had considerable success throughout the late 1980s onward, with a total of ten studio albums for Reprise Records. Later projects have been released on Audium, New West, Warner, and Sugar Hill Records.
Pyromania is the third studio album by English rock band Def Leppard, released on 20 January 1983 through Vertigo Records in UK and Europe and through Mercury Records in the US. The first album to feature guitarist Phil Collen who replaced founding member Pete Willis, Pyromania was produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange. Open Your Eyes is the seventeenth studio album by the English rock band Yes, released in November 1997 by Eagle Records in the UK and by Beyond Music in the US. Following the 1996 revival of the 1970s "classic" line-up of Yes, the band's relationship with management had broken down and keyboardist Rick Wakeman had once again left the band. While various other members dispersed, guitarist, keyboardist, and producer Billy Sherwood began developing new songs with band bassist and de facto leader Chris Squire to prevent the band from losing momentum and fully splitting. Yes' new management company suggested adding a couple of songs originally written for Squire and Sherwood's other band Conspiracy to help build up material for a new Yes studio album. With the writing and production sessions dominated by Squire and Sherwood, and with singer Jon Anderson, guitarist Steve Howe and drummer Alan White only involved later in the process, the writing and creative input of the latter three members was limited.

"Roundabout" is a song by the English progressive rock band Yes from their fourth studio album Fragile, released in November 1971. It was written by singer Jon Anderson and guitarist Steve Howe and produced by the band and Eddy Offord. The song originated when the band were on tour and travelled from Aberdeen to Glasgow, and went through many roundabouts on the way.
The Hillside Singers were an American folk group. The ensemble was created by advertising agency McCann Erickson to sing in a television commercial. McCann Erickson had written the jingle "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing " for Coca-Cola, and had sought to have The New Seekers sing it, but that group could not fit the project into their schedule and turned it down. McCann Erickson then got in touch with producer Al Ham, who put together a group of singers for the project. The commercial began airing in July 1971 and was extremely popular, convincing Ham to rewrite the song as "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing" and to record an album and a Christmas record. The single hit No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and No. 5 on the Adult Contemporary chart, which convinced The New Seekers to issue it as a single as well. The Hillside Singers version of the song sold a million copies, earning a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.

The original Korean-language version was released as a digital single from the extended play of the same name via SM Entertainment on January 5, 2009. The song was written, composed and arranged by Ahn Myung-won and Kim Young-deuk, with additional Japanese lyrics written by Kanata Nakamura. Stylistically, "Gee" is a bubblegum pop and electropop song that lyrically talks about the girls' affections when they are in love.

Bridges was Anderson's 37th studio recording of her career and her first album of gospel music. The album contained a variety of new and older gospel tracks. It was released a month prior to her death, making Bridges the final studio release in Anderson's career. The album also contained one single release.
