Prey Invasion is a first-person shooter video game developed by American studio MachineWorks, and published by Hands-On Mobile in cooperation with 3D Realms for the iOS. [1] It is based on Prey for Microsoft Windows and Xbox 360. [1]

The player is the present-day Cherokee warrior Tommy Hawk who has special native powers.

Development

Prey Invasion was first announced February 9, 2009 by IGN, the game was released on June 8, 2009. [2] [3]

Reception

Prey Invasion was well received by critics with many applauding the control scheme, graphics, and pricepoint.

<i>Crystal Defenders</i> Two tower defense video games by Square Enix

Crystal Defenders is a set of two tower defense video games developed and published by Square Enix. The games use the setting of Ivalice and design elements from Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift, forming part of the wider Final Fantasy franchise. The games feature a selection of characters sporting Final Fantasy-based character classes, and play out tower defense scenarios against recurring series of monsters. The first game in the series is Crystal Guardians, which was released in three parts for Japanese mobile phones in 2008. It was adapted for iOS later that year as Square Enix's first game for the platform, and renamed Crystal Defenders. Under that name, the game was also released between 2009 and 2011 for Android, Xbox Live Arcade, WiiWare, and PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable via the PlayStation Store. It was re-released with graphical improvements for iOS as Crystal Defenders Plus in 2013. A sequel, Crystal Defenders: Vanguard Storm, was released for iOS in 2009.

<i>I Love Katamari</i> 2008 puzzle-action video game published by Namco Bandai Games

I Love Katamari was a third-person puzzle-action video game developed by Namco Bandai Games for iOS. It is a continuation of the Katamari Damacy series of games. It was released worldwide in the App Store on December 14, 2008. A Windows Phone 7 version of the game was released in 2010. The version for Android was released in 2012 exclusively for Samsung Android devices. In this game, the King of All Cosmos instructs the game's protagonist – the Prince – to gather as many objects as possible to grow a highly adhesive ball called a Katamari large enough so that he can pick up special objects to bring to the King so that he can regain his memory.

NFL is a series of American football games developed by Gameloft, which is supposed to be a simulation of the National Football League. The game series was released on iOS, as well as Palm, and was originally released on the Nintendo DS. The series first came on the DS as NFL 2009 in 2008. Starting with NFL Pro 2012, the game became free, even though players still have to pay for extra XP. 2012 is also the first game to have experience points and team points, which can be used to boost players, as well as credits, which can be earned by leveling up, as well as watching Gameloft trailers. In NFL Pro 2013, when the player is in a passing play, the camera will zoom into a first-person view from the quarterback's perspective.

Monopoly Here and Now is a video game adaption of the board game of the same name, which itself is a version of the classic board game Monopoly. It was originally developed by Glu Mobile for the mobile market in 2006. A PC version was created by Encore Software for the Windows XP/Vista in 2007. It was then released for the iOS as "Monopoly Here & Now: The World Edition". It was developed by EA Mobile and Hasbro. The game marked the franchise's debut into the iOS market, and was launched on Nov 20, 2008. The game was also scheduled for release on Nokia N-Gage. The game was added to the Pogo.com platform in 2009.

<i>Mirrors Edge</i> (mobile) 2010 video game

Mirror's Edge is a side-scrolling platform game developed by IronMonkey Studios and published by Electronic Arts. It was released for iPad and iPhone in 2010, and for Windows Phone in 2012. The game is a prequel to the original Mirror's Edge, setting the scene about Runners and the city's shady corporations. It received very positive reviews from critics.

<i>Predators</i> (video game) 2010 video game

Predators, sometimes mislabeled as Robert Rodriguez presents Predators, is a real-time strategy tie-in to the Predator franchise, based on the 2010 film of the same name. The game was developed by independent game developer Angry Mob Games and was released for iOS on July 1, 2010, over a week before the film's theatrical release. The game was later ported to Android and published by Fox Digital Entertainment in 2012.
