Puls is the third studio album by Swedish pop group Gyllene Tider, released on 26 August 1982. The album peaked at number one on the Swedish Albums Chart and number 12 on the Norwegian Albums Chart.

Puls has been released to CD twice. Both editions contain eleven bonus tracks. The first version, which came out in 1990, they are bonus tracks on the record, and the newer digipack version they are on a bonus CD. The bonus tracks are:

Per Håkan Gessle is a Swedish pop singer, songwriter and musician. He is best known as the former male half of the Swedish pop rock duo Roxette, whom he formed with Marie Fredriksson in 1986. The duo achieved international success in the late-1980s and early-1990s with their albums Look Sharp! (1988) and Joyride (1991), and topped the charts in the US four times, most notably with "It Must Have Been Love" which was featured in the film Pretty Woman. Prior to the formation of Roxette, he had a successful career in native Sweden as the frontman for Gyllene Tider. The band released three number-one albums during the early 1980s but disbanded shortly after their fourth album, The Heartland Café (1984).
Gyllene Tider is a Swedish pop group fronted by Roxette-singer, guitarist and songwriter Per Gessle. They are one of the best selling Swedish bands ever and are known in Scandinavia for numerous hits, starting with the break-through song "Flickorna på TV2" in 1980. The band has earned a legendary status in Sweden based on their power pop, catchy choruses and lyrics about life in a small town.
The World According to Gessle is the third solo album by Swedish pop singer Per Gessle, released on 2 May 1997. It was his first solo album in English. The title is a paraphrase of "The World According to Garp" - the novel by John Irving.
"I Get a Kick Out of You" is a song by Cole Porter, which was first sung in the 1934 Broadway musical Anything Goes, and then in the 1936 film version. Originally sung by Ethel Merman, it has been covered by dozens of prominent performers, including Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald. A cover in 1995 won the 1996 Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Arrangement with Accompanying Vocal(s) for arranger Rob McConnell.
The Grammis are Swedish music awards. Some in Sweden consider the Grammis the Swedish equivalent of the Grammy Awards. The awards ceremony is generally held each year in February in Stockholm. The awards were established in 1969 and awarded until 1972 when they were cancelled, then revived in 1987.

Moderna Tider is the second studio album by Swedish pop group Gyllene Tider, released on 10 March 1981. 130,000 copies were ordered before the album's release. The album peaked at number one on the Swedish Albums Chart and No. 2 on the Norwegian albums chart.
Återtåget Live! is a live album from Swedish pop group Gyllene Tider, released on 17 November 1997. The album contains live recordings from the groups summer tour Återtåget, which was held in Sweden in mid 1996. The recordings were made at Trädgårdsföreningen in Gothenburg, Sweden on 3 and 5 August 1996. It reached #19 on the Swedish albums chart.
Halmstads pärlor - Samtliga hits! 1979-95 is a compilation album from Swedish pop group Gyllene Tider, released on 15 May 1995. The album was re-released in 1996, then with Gyllene Tider EP as bonus record.
GT25 Live! - En scen vid en plats is a live album from Swedish pop group Gyllene Tider, released on 24 November 2004. The album includes live performances from the group's 2004 25th anniversary tour.
Vad livet har att ge is a compilation album by Kikki Danielsson & Roosarna, released in Norway in February 2005 on Norwegian label Tylden & Co.. Six of the songs were new, in them Kikki Danielsson sings solo only in the title track, written by Kjell Roos. Janne Önnerud also appears on this album, and he sings most of the new songs, like the ballad "För oss två".
"Sommartider", written by Per Gessle, is the song that throughout the years has become considered the signature song for Swedish pop group Gyllene Tider. It was released as a single on 18 June 1982. It was re-released both on 27 June 1989 and in 1995. The original version peaked at number six on the Swedish Singles Chart and number three on the Norwegian Singles Chart, and the 1989 version peaked at number three on the Swedish Singles Chart. "Sommartider" was also recorded with lyrics in the English language, with the name "Summer City".

Kung av sand - en liten samling 1983–2007 was released on 30 August 2007 through Aftonbladet and is a compilation album from Swedish pop artist Per Gessle.
Flickan i en Cole Porter-sång is a song written by Per Gessle, and recorded by Gyllene Tider on the album Puls. It also released as a single on 7 December 1982, and also featured Kjell Öhman playing the accordion. The single became a hit in Denmark. The song was also recorded in English, as "That Girl in a Cole Porter song".
Dags att tänka på refrängen is a studio album by Gyllene Tider, released 24 April 2013. The album topped the Swedish Albums Chart and was certified 2× platinum in the country.
Soldans på din grammofon is a compilation album by Gyllene Tider, released on 3 July 2013. It was also released as a vinyl LP.
