Qarovulüstü (also, Qaraulustü and Karovulustyu) is a village in the Quba Rayon of Azerbaijan. The village forms part of the municipality of Qonaqkənd. [1]

Qonaqkənd is a village and municipality in the Quba Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 1,688. The municipality consists of the villages of Qonaqkənd, Qarovulüstü, and Xaşı.
