Queen of Drags is a German drag competition television series, featuring 10 drag queens from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, series began airing on November 14, 2019. [1]
Ten drag queens moved to a villa, lived together for several weeks, and were given a new task by Heidi Klum, Bill Kaulitz, and Conchita Wurst each week, from implementing the weekly motto perfectly to performing the best on stage and delighting the studio audience in Los Angeles. After every performance, the three main judges and the guest judge will each assign points. The queen with the most points earns the title of "Queen of the Week", while the queen with the least points has to leave the competition.
In a live event, the show was announced on June 27, 2019 by ProSieben, a German TV channel; that a kind of Drag Race TV format will start to premiere in winter of the same year.

The ten queens move into the villa and get to know the judges. They prepare for the first live show in front of an audience, the three main judges and the guest judge Olivia Jones. The objective of that live show is to display their personal drag style.

Conchita visits the remaining 9 queens in their villa to announce this week's theme: "Future Universe". They have two hours to turn garbage into an outfit which they will present on the runway after their lip-sync performances in front of the judges and a live audience. Both of these performances are meant to fit this week's futuristic/science-fiction theme.

The remaining 8 queens are visited by the mailman in their villa who sends this week's theme: "Fairytale". The four lowest queens from the week prior have to act in a parody of the fairytale "Little Red Riding Hood", while the top four queens will act as judges alongside Heidi, Bill and Conchita who will eliminate the weakest link. Afterwards, the remaining 7 queens will present their lip-sync performances to this week's theme in front of the judges and a live audience.

The first season of RuPaul's Drag Race premiered in the United States on February 2, 2009, on Logo, and ended on March 23 of the same year. Nine contestants were selected to compete in the running of becoming "America's Next Drag Superstar." The first season was filmed during the summer of 2008. The winner of the first season won a cash prize of $20,000, $5,000 worth of MAC Cosmetics, was featured in an LA Eyeworks campaign, and joined the Logo Drag Race tour. One of the nine contestants to compete on RuPaul's Drag Race, Nina Flowers was determined by an audience vote via the show's official website to be the season's Miss Congeniality. The results were announced in early September 2009.
The fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race is the fourth series, began airing on January 30, 2012, and aired its final episode on April 30 of the same year. The cast members were announced November 13, 2011. "Reality Stars: The Musical" is the fifth episode of the ninth season of the American reality competition television series RuPaul's Drag Race, which aired on VH1 on April 21, 2017. Contestants of Drag Race Down Under are either from Australia or New Zealand. In series first three seasons, RuPaul played several roles on the show including host, mentor, and head judge for the series, with the contestants given different challenges to participate in each week. The show has also employed Michelle Visage and Rhys Nicholson as judges. The series premiered on TVNZ 2 and TVNZ OnDemand in New Zealand, Stan in Australia, and on WOW Presents Plus internationally on 1 May 2021. The series is also streaming on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer in the United Kingdom, and broadcast by both Crave and its associated streaming service in Canada.
The second series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK began airing on 14 January 2021 on the BBC Three section of BBC iPlayer and WOW Presents Plus streaming service. The series was confirmed and casting was closed on 15 November 2019. Production was suspended mid 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but resumed late 2020. The cast of 12 new queens was announced on 16 December 2020 and the series premiered on 14 January 2021. It was also announced a special episode RuPaul's Drag Race UK: Queens on Lockdown would air, following the queens during the first lockdown. This special episode was released on 12 February.
The fourth series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK began airing on BBC Three on 22 September 2022. RuPaul returned to his role as main host and head judge, and was again joined on the judging panel by Michelle Visage, Alan Carr and Graham Norton, all of whom returned for their respective fourth series. The series was filmed in Pinewood Studios in February 2022. The cast for the fourth series was revealed on 7 September 2022 on social media. The cast also featured Dakota Schiffer, the first out trans woman to compete in the British version of the show.
"Halftime Headliners" is the fourth episode of the sixth season of the American reality competition television series RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, which aired on online streaming service Paramount+ on July 8, 2021. The episode has contestants impersonate famous singers and musicians and lip sync to a medley of RuPaul songs, inspired by Super Bowl's Halftime Shows. Jamal Sims served as guest judges, alongside regular panelists RuPaul, Michelle Visage and Carson Kressley.

Canada's Drag Race: Canada vs. the World is an international all-stars series of Drag Race that premiered via Crave and WOW Presents Plus on November 18, 2022. The series, a spinoff of Canada's Drag Race, follows RuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs. the World, which brought together past competitors from the Drag Race franchise.
The first season of Queen of the Universe is premiered on December 2, 2021, through streaming service Paramount+.
"Rate-A-Queen" is the first episode of the sixteenth season of RuPaul's Drag Race. It originally aired on January 5, 2024. Charlize Theron is a guest judge. Former contestant Derrick Barry also makes a guest appearance, hosting the episode's main challenge, which is a talent show.
