Quentin Bernard (born 7 July 1989) is a French professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Championnat National club Dijon.
Born in Poitiers, Bernard started his career with nearby Niort. He joined the club's youth system in 2004, [2] and went on to make more than 200 senior appearances in all competitions for the side between 2008 and 2015. [3] On 29 May 2015, it was announced that Bernard had signed a two-year contract with Dijon, where he joined up with former Niort teammate Johan Gastien. [4]
On 17 January 2023, Bernard returned to Niort. [5] On 13 August 2024, he returned to Dijon. [6]
Dijon Football Côte d'Or, commonly referred to as Dijon FCO or simply as Dijon, is a French football club based in Dijon. The club was founded in 1998 as a result of a merger between two local clubs in the city, and competed in Ligue 2 after suffering relegation from Ligue 1 in the 2011–12 season. The club earned promotion back to Ligue 1 at the end of the 2015–16 season, remained for five seasons before two relegations in three years saw the club relegated out of the professional leagues at the end of the 2022–23 season.
