Ribonuclease inhibitor is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RNH1 gene. [5]
Angiogenin (ANG) also known as ribonuclease 5 is a small 123 amino acid protein that in humans is encoded by the ANG gene. Angiogenin is a potent stimulator of new blood vessels through the process of angiogenesis. Ang hydrolyzes cellular RNA, resulting in modulated levels of protein synthesis and interacts with DNA causing a promoter-like increase in the expression of rRNA. Ang is associated with cancer and neurological disease through angiogenesis and through activating gene expression that suppresses apoptosis.
Ribonuclease inhibitor (RI) is a large (~450 residues, ~49 kDa), acidic (pI ~4.7), leucine-rich repeat protein that forms extremely tight complexes with certain ribonucleases. It is a major cellular protein, comprising ~0.1% of all cellular protein by weight, and appears to play an important role in regulating the lifetime of RNA.
Trifunctional purine biosynthetic protein adenosine-3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the GART gene.
Pancreatic ribonuclease family is a superfamily of pyrimidine-specific endonucleases found in high quantity in the pancreas of certain mammals and of some reptiles.
Eosinophil-derived neurotoxin is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RNASE2 gene.
Tissue factor pathway inhibitor 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TFPI2 gene.
Ribonuclease pancreatic is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RNASE1 gene.
Alcohol dehydrogenase class-3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ADH5 gene.
Annexin A3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ANXA3 gene.
Inositol monophosphatase 1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the IMPA1 gene.
Alcohol dehydrogenase 1A is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ADH1A gene.
Cathepsin L2,, is a protein encoded in humans by the CTSV gene.
Calmodulin-like protein 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CALML3 gene.
Protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 11 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PPP1R11 gene.
Polycystic kidney disease 2-like 1 protein also known as transient receptor potential polycystic 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PKD2L1 gene.
Ribonuclease 4 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RNASE4 gene.
CANT1 is a gene that encodes soluble calcium-activated nucleotidase 1, an enzyme, in humans.
Transcription factor EC is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TFEC gene.
Apolipoprotein F is a protein that in humans is encoded for by the APOF gene.
Protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 7 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PPP1R7 gene.
