RTS Racing Team ( UCI team code:RTS) is a Taiwanese UCI Continental cycling team managed by Wen Chin Lin and sponsored by Giant Bicycles, Kinlin Industrial Corporation, Kenda, Kalloy, OGK Helmet, Yaban Chain, Ashima, Exustar, Smanie, Cionlli, XPEDO, VIM Group and Adidas Eyewear.
RTS Racing Team was established by president Liu of Corporation unofficially around 1990. Lin Qing Fa was appointed coach in 1992, and was later replaced by Lin Wen Chin. Over its first decade, RTS Racing Team became Mountain biking and Road racing champions in Taiwan, and represented Taiwan in many races abroad.
In 2002, RTS Racing Team was formally established, under the name Giant Asia Racing Team, by general manager Liu Yong Chang. Lin Wen Chin was appointed as the manager of the team, and it was officially registered as a Trade Team III, the first such team registered in Asia. Together with Giant, thirteen other financial sponsors helped cover the expenditure of the cycling team.

In fact, the race was sanctioned by the Union Cycliste Internationale as a 2.2 category race and was part of the 2006–07 UCI Asia Tour calendar.
Ghader Mizbani Iranagh is an Iranian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2001 and 2018 for the Telekom Malaysia Cycling Team, the Giant Asia Racing Team, Brisaspor, the Tabriz Petrochemical Team and the Tabriz Shahrdary Team. Mizbani won the overall standings of the UCI Asia Tour twice – in 2005–06 and 2008–09. Mizbani won the Iranian National Road Race Championships three times and the Iranian National Time Trial Championships twice.
David McCann is an Irish former professional road bicycle racer, who rode in the 1996, 2000 and 2012 Olympic Games. He was the Irish national road race champion in 2000, 2001 and 2006, and won the Irish national time trial championships a record 6 times. He last rode for the Synergy Baku Cycling Project, an Azerbaijan-registered UCI Continental team.

During his career, Askari was suspended for one year for doping in 2013 and 2014.
Marco Polo Cycling–Donckers Koffie was a UCI Continental cycling team, registered in Ethiopia. The team is named after traveller Marco Polo, and has title sponsorship from Belgian coffee company Donckers Koffie.

The 2015 Tour de Taiwan was the thirteenth edition of the Tour de Taiwan cycling stage race. It started on 22 March and ended on 26 March, consisting of five stages and was rated as a 2.1 event on the 2015 UCI Asia Tour. The 2014 champion was Rémy Di Gregorio, but his team was not selected to take part in the 2015 edition.
