RTV USK or Radio Televizija Unsko-sanskog kantona is a Bosnian public television channel founded by Assembly of Una-Sana Canton. Local public radio station Radio USK is also part of this company.

Headquarters of RTV USK is located in the City of Bihać. The program is mainly produced in Bosnian language. RTV USK is the regional broadcaster (founded in 1995) that has modern equipment for broadcasting radio and television programs, as well as audio and video production. TV shows also promote multiculturalism and specific culture, tradition and customs characteristic for this region of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Thanks to TV shows from its own production, RTVUSK programming becomes recognizable and widely viewed television station in the Bosanska Krajina area (Bihać, Cazin, Velika Kladuša, Bužim, Prijedor, Sanski Most, Bosanski Novi, Bosanska Krupa, Ključ, Bosanski Petrovac, Mrkonjić Grad). Estimated number of viewers population is about 430.456. [1]

RTV USK is also member of the Bosnian television network called TV1Mreža. [2]

Mreža TV is a television program with almost national coverage in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and jointly in partnership with O Kanal broadcast several regional public and private TV stations. [3] Mreža TV airs popular series, movies and sports programs to viewers in BiH.

After the closure of the local public television channel "037TV" (television of the Bihać municipality), RTV USK is a in agreement with the Bihać Municipal Council took their broadcasting equipment. [4]

Una (Sava) River between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia

The Una is a border river between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia and a right tributary of the Sava river. It is part of the Black Sea drainage basin, and its watershed has a size of 10.200 km2, of which 8.080 km2 belongs to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 2.120 km2 to Croatia. The total length of the river is 212 km. The source of the river is located in the town of Donja Suvaja in Croatia, and its mouth is located near the town of Jasenovac, on the border with Bosnia. The largest right tributaries are the Krka, Unac, Krušnica and Sana rivers, and the largest left tributary is the Klokot river. Its longest headwater is the Unac river. The largest and most important city located on the river is Bihać. Other, important cities and towns are Bosanska Krupa, Bosanski Novi and Bosanska Kostajnica. The river is characterized by a multitude of waterfalls, rapids, karst springs and relatively untouched nature. A large part of the upper river is part of the Una National Park.

Television in Bosnia and Herzegovina was first introduced in 1961. Out of 94 TV stations, 71 are commercial, 20 are public, while 3 public services are funded through subscription.
