Radiant Blue is the fourth album by jazz saxophonist and composer Anton Schwartz, released in 2006. It garnered a cover story in JazzWeek Magazine, [1] a feature article in the San Francisco Chronicle, [2] received strong reviews [3] [4] [5] [6] and hit number four on the U.S. jazz radio charts. [7]

Christine Elizabeth Clark, better known as Chris Clark, is an American soul, jazz, and blues singer, who recorded for Motown Records. Clark became known to Northern Soul fans for hit songs such as 1965's "Do Right Baby Do Right" and 1966's "Love's Gone Bad" (Holland-Dozier-Holland). She later co-wrote the screenplay for the 1972 motion picture Lady Sings the Blues starring Diana Ross, which earned Clark an Academy Award nomination.

All Music Guide to Jazz is a non-fiction book that is an encyclopedic referencing of jazz music compiled under the direction of All Media Guide. The first edition, All Music Guide to Jazz: the Best CDs, Albums & Tapes, appeared in 1994 and was edited by Ron Wynn with Michael Erlewine and Vladimir Bogdanov. Standards, Vol. 1 is a 1983 album of jazz performances that marked the starting point of the Keith Jarrett's "Standards Trio" in collaboration with Gary Peacock on double bass and Jack DeJohnette on drums. It was recorded during two long sessions in January 1983, which also produced enough material for Jarrett's albums Changes (1984) and Standards, Vol. 2 (1985). The album was released by ECM Records on cassette and LP in 1983.

Lost & Found is the third studio album by American singer Ledisi. It was released by Verve Records August 28, 2007 in the United States. The album marked Ledisi's major-label debut after releasing two independent albums with her producing partner and keyboardist Sundra Manning on their label LeSun Records. In comparison to Ledisi's previous works Soulsinger: The Revival (1999), an album of original R&B and neo soul-oriented songs, and Feeling Orange but Sometimes Blue (2002), a set of jazz standards and originals, Lost & Found features a slicker production and calmer vocals. The album charted at number 78 on the US Billboard 200 and at number 10 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

Flash Mob is the fifth album by jazz saxophonist and composer Anton Schwartz on his own Antonjazz label, released in 2014. It received limited press including a feature article in the San Francisco Chronicle an artist profile in DownBeat magazine and a feature story on NPR's Morning Edition as well as positive reviews and a long run on the Jazz Radio Top 10.

George Gilbert "Gil" Ray was an American rock drummer, guitarist, and vocalist, best known for his recordings in the 1980s and 1990s as a member of the bands Game Theory and The Loud Family. In late 2012, he joined Rain Parade as drummer for a series of reunion performances.

Standards, Vol. 2 is a jazz album by pianist Keith Jarrett, with Gary Peacock on double bass and Jack DeJohnette on drums; the three are collectively known as Jarrett's "Standards Trio". It is the successor to their 1983 album Standards, Vol. 1. Like that album, its tracks were recorded during two long sessions in January 1983; these sessions also generated Jarrett's 1984 album of original music, Changes. Standards, Vol. 2 was released by ECM Records on CD and vinyl in April 1985.
