Raja Muhammad Abbas (born 20 December 1953) is a retired Pakistani civil servant who served in BPS-22 grade as the Federal Secretary Ministry of Interior,Board of Investment,&Ministry of Housing &Works. Interior Secretary of Pakistan and Chief Secretary Sindh. Abbas belongs to the Pakistan Administrative Service and was a part of Pakistan Navy before joining the elite civil services. [1]
Abbas served as Chief Secretary Sindh when Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani appointed him to the post in 2011. He has also served as Federal Secretary for the Ministry of Interior,Board of Investment,&Ministry of Housing and Works. [1]
At the provincial level,Abbas had served as Secretary Labour,Transport,&Industries to the Government of Sindh. He had also served as Director General Lahore Development Authority and Parks and Horticulture Authority in Government of Punjab. Moreover,he had also headed key districts of Punjab as Deputy Commissioner of Faisalabad,Jhelum,and Gujranwala.
Currently,he is director/syndicate member on the board of several companies and government universities;mainly including Askari Bank Ltd,Cnergyico Pk Ltd,Sindh Insurance Ltd,Sindh Leasing Company,Kohsar University Murree,Women University Rawalpindi,and Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi. [2]

The Government of Punjab is the provincial government of the Pakistani province of Punjab. It is based in Lahore,the provincial capital. The Pakistan Rangers are a pair of paramilitary federal law enforcement corps' in Pakistan. The two corps are the Punjab Rangers and the Sindh Rangers. There is also a third corps headquarters in Islamabad but is only for units transferred from the other corps for duties in the federal capital. They are both part of the Civil Armed Forces. The corps' operate administratively under the Pakistan Army but under separate command structures and wear distinctly different uniforms. However,they are usually commanded by officers on secondment from the Pakistan Army. Their primary purpose is to secure and defend the approximately 2,200 km (1,400 mi) long border with neighbouring India. They are also often involved in major internal and external security operations with the regular Pakistani military and provide assistance to municipal and provincial police forces to maintain law and order against crime,terrorism and unrest. In addition,the Punjab Rangers,together with the Indian Border Security Force,participate in an elaborate flag lowering ceremony at the Wagah−Attari border crossing east of Lahore.
Honourable Justice Khalil-ur-Rehman Ramday is a Pakistani jurist who served as judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He remained permanent judge of Supreme Court from 2002 to 2010. He was born in Lahore on 13 January 1945. His late brother Chaudhary Muhammad Farooq had served as the Attorney General of Pakistan. His another brother Asad-ur-Rehman Ramday,a politician,was elected as a Member of the National Assembly three times on a Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) (PML-N) ticket and served as a Federal minister as well.
The Pakistan Administrative Service,or PAS is an elite cadre of the Civil Services of Pakistan. The Pakistan Administrative Service over the years has emerged as the most consolidated and developed post-colonial institution in Pakistan,with the PAS officers of Grade 22 often seen as stronger than the federal government ministers. The Army Welfare Trust,along with Fauji Foundation,are run by ex-military personnel of the Pakistan Army. The companies provide employment opportunities to ex-military personnel and generate funds for the welfare and rehabilitation of orphans,widows of the deceased soldiers,and the disabled personnel of the army.
Rizwan Ahmed is the current Member of Sindh Public Service Commission and a former grade 22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service who served at the highest civil service office of Federal Secretary. He did his two-year Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University and joined the civil service in 1988. Rizwan holds the rare distinction of having served as the chief executive of four state-owned companies under the Government of Pakistan,the most by any individual at the federal level. He was promoted to the country's top bureaucratic rank of grade 22 in 2017.

Maj (r) Azam Suleman Khan is a retired Pakistani civil servant who serves as the Provincial Ombudsman of Punjab. He previously served in BPS-22 grade as the Interior Secretary of Pakistan,Chief Secretary Punjab and as Chief Secretary Sindh. Khan was promoted to the rank of Federal Secretary in February 2017 by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
