Rangiya Co-District

Rangiya Co-District or Rangiya Sub-District is an administrative Co-District in Kamrup district of Assam, India. [1] The headquarters located at Rangiya. [2] the Co-District is responsible for the administration and revenue collection of a particular area within the district. [3] It is an important part of the local governance structure, [4] and plays a crucial role in the development and administration of its local community. [5] Debashis Goswami is current ADC officer of Rangiya Co-District. [6] [7] [8]

The Government of Assam launches 21 new Co-Districts in Assam as well as Rangiya Co-District are Inaugurated on 4 October 2024. [9] Previously the Co-Districts are known as Sub-divisions. Kamrup district have one Co-District of Rangiya.
