Reggie King Sears (born April 12, 1991) is an American Southern soul and urban adult contemporary R&B singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer. He first emerged in the early 2000s as a blues guitar prodigy, earning recognition for his instrumental skills and performing with artists such as B. B. King, Buddy Guy, and The Temptations. Over time, Sears evolved into a genre-blending vocalist and producer. His self-described style, known as 'Ghetto soul', fuses Southern soul, Urban contemporary R&B, gospel, hip hop soul, soul blues, funk, and neo soul. He gained underground attention with the track "Dirty Dancer", followed by "You Betrayed Me" and "Luv Gangsta". In 2025, he released the independently produced album Crowned and Dangerous, which marked a return to form and a bold statement of artistic evolution. [1]
