Rendez-Vous is a concept album by the French-born Greek presenter, author and singer-songwriter Nikos Aliagas, released on 17 October 2007 in Greece, Cyprus, France and Turkey. The album achieved considerable success and it was certificated gold in Greece.

Antique is a Greek singing duo consisting of Helena Paparizou and Nikos Panagiotidis, originating from Sweden and combining Greek popular music and lyrics with a Nordic dance-pop beat. Both Paparizou and Panagiotidis were born and raised in Sweden by Greek parents. They were the first ever to be nominated for a Swedish Grammis in the category modern dance with a Greek song. In 2001, Antique were selected to represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen with the song "Die for You", sung in a blend of English and Greek, ending with a third place – only behind Estonia and hosts Denmark. It was released on 1 April 1998 in Greece and Cyprus and certified platinum in a week, but later reached double-platinum status, selling over 140,000 units. It was the first album in Greek music history to sell 80,000 copies in the first week of its release. The album was also released in international packaging in France, Germany and South Africa.

Christos Dantis composed all the album and also performs a duet in the song "Spaciba Baby". Katy promoted three of her songs on ANT1 show Fame Story 3 before album's release. Giro apo t'oneiro is the fourth Greek-language studio album and sixth studio album overall by Greek singer Helena Paparizou, released on 29 March 2010 by Sony Music Greece. The album, which was certified platinum in Greece for 12,000 shipments, was released in both standard and deluxe editions, with the deluxe edition featuring a live DVD. Distributed initially as a covermount with the Greek newspaper Real News on 28 March, it sold 140,000 copies through both releases, making it the most widely distributed release of Paparizou's career. Its singles performed moderately well compared to her previous albums, with "Tha 'Mai Allios", "An Isouna Agapi", and "Girna Me Sto Htes" managing to reach the top 10 of the domestic charts.

Kardia Mou Min Anisiheis is the fifth studio album by Greek famous singer, Antonis Remos. It was released on 23 April 2002 by Epic and Sony Music and certified four times platinum in Greece, selling over 160,000 units, and double platinum in Cyprus, selling over 12,000 units. This was the best selling album of the year and for Remos's discography. It was his first collaboration with Giorgos Theofanous who was written and produced whole the album. In December 2001, Remos was released a CD single with two new tracks: "Ela Na Me Teliosis" and "Den Eho Pou Na Pao", which became double platinum. The album was re-released in May 2003, featuring remixes and the duet with Alkistis Protopsalti "S' Agapo".

The 2013 MAD Video Music Awards were the 10th award ceremony, hosted by Themis Georgantas and Mary Sinatsaki. They took place on 25 June 2013. The awards were broadcast from the Tae Kwon Do Stadium in Athens, honoring the best music videos and artists of the past year. The theme song, "We Are Young", was performed by the Australian-Greek singer Vassy. The nominations were announced on 23 May 2013 by the presenter, Themis Georgantas. Vegas received five nominations, while Elena Paparizou, Sakis Rouvas, Michalis Hatzigiannis, Melisses and Demy received four. The song "All the Time" received three nominations, the most for any song.
