Ricardo Serrano (born 29 October 1980) is a Spanish long-distance runner who specializes in the 10,000 metres.
At the 2004 IAAF World Cross Country Championships he finished in 33rd place. Two years later, he managed only 65th place at the competition. He was the silver medallist at the 2006 European Cup 10000m in Antalya. He finished ninth over 10,000 m at the 2006 European Championships. He also competed at the 2007 World Road Running Championships. He did not compete much over the following seasons, but marked a return to international competition at the 2010 European Cross Country Championships and helped Spain to the team bronze medals. At the 2011 IAAF World Cross Country Championships he was 89th overall. [1] His marathon debut followed later that year and he was sixth at the 2011 Berlin Marathon with a time of 2:13.32 hours. [2] He again shared in the team bronze with Spain at the 2011 European Cross Country Championships.
At the 2012 European Clubs Cross Country he managed third place and led his club, Otsu Colibri Guadalajara, to second in the team rankings. [3]
Moses Cheruiyot Mosop is a Kenyan middle and long distance athlete. He competed for Kenya at the 2004 Olympic Games and went on to take 10,000 metres bronze at the 2005 World Championships in Athletics. He has also been successful in cross country running, having won the silver at the 2007 IAAF World Cross Country Championships as well as team gold with Kenya in 2007 and 2009.
Ahmad Hassan Abdullah is a long-distance and cross country runner, now representing Qatar after his switch from Kenya in 2003. Other runners who have made the same switch include Saif Saeed Shaheen.
Yonas Andebrhan Kifle is an Eritrean runner who specializes in the 10,000 metres, the marathon and cross-country running. He has represented Eritrea at the Olympics on four occasions; in 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012. He has also competed at World Championship-level in cross country, road running, and on the track indoors and outdoors.
Kayoko Fukushi is a Japanese long-distance runner, who specializes in the 5000, 10,000 metres and marathon. Fukushi represented Japan at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. She was the bronze medallist in the marathon at the 2013 World Championships in Athletics. She holds a marathon best of 2:22:17 hours.

She is a two-time winner of the Cologne Marathon and has also won the Frankfurt Marathon and the Berlin Half Marathon. She represented Germany at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics and was the 3000 metres bronze medallist at the 2005 European Indoor Championships. She has a marathon best of 2:26:21, set at the 2010 Berlin Marathon.
Abebe Dinkesa Negera is an Ethiopian professional long-distance runner who specializes in the 10,000 metres. He came to prominence with a silver medal at the 2004 African Championships in Athletics and he won a bronze medal in the same event two years later. He is the sixth fastest ever over the 10,000 m with a best time of 26:30.74 set in 2005.
