The Rize Koyan is a breed of livestock guardian dog from Turkey. [1]
The Rize Koyan is named after the town of Rize, the breed is found throughout Rize and Ordu provinces in the north-east Black Sea region of Turkey. [2] [3] The breed resembles the Kars, with a solid body and strong legs. Dogs stand approximately 70 cm (28 in), bitches a centimetre or two less. The coat can be various colours, although grey is most common; bi-coloured examples are known. [2] [3]
Ahmet Mesut Yılmaz was a Turkish politician. He was the leader of the Motherland Party from 1991 to 2002, and served three times as Prime Minister of Turkey. His first two prime-ministerial terms lasted just months, while the third ran from June 1997 to January 1999. The first was brought to an end by defeat in the 1991 elections, the latter two by the breakdown of Yılmaz' coalition governments.
The Akbash, Turkish: Akbaş, is a traditional Turkish breed or type of flock guardian dog from western Anatolia. The word 'Akbaş' means 'white head', and thus distinguishes this dog from the Karabaş, or 'black head'. It was recognised by the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2006; it is under the tutelage of the Köpek Irkları ve Kinoloji Federasyonu, the Turkish dog breed society, but is not recognised by the Fédération Cynologique Internationale.

Kangal shepherd dogs do not come in brindle or Black and Tan.

It was the second relegation from first division after 1973–74. Team's bad performance continued in Cup matches as well.

It was the second time the team promoted to first division. In the first time, they have remained at the league for seven season. This second promotion had let the team to stay two more seasons. The 1976–77 season was the eighth season of Mersin İdmanyurdu (MİY) football team in Turkish First Football League in total. They finished seventh in the league.
