Robinson Lifestyle (previously Robinson Lifestyle Center) is a chain of shopping malls operated by Robinson Co., Ltd. as part of its Robinson Department Store brand under Central Group. The first branch opened in Trang, Thailand on 11 November 2010. [1] The Lifestyle brand concept is for medium-sized malls, with the aim of penetrating secondary provinces where big shopping malls are not present. A typical sized mall will have a retail space of around 30,000 square meters, with 20,000 net leasable area. [2] Its twenty-third branch was opened in 2019. [3]

The company and its subsidiaries operate department stores under the Robinson brand and shopping centers under Robinson Lifestyle brand.

The first location was opened in October 2011, located on Sukhumvit Road, by the Asoke intersection, in Watthana District of Bangkok, Thailand. The second location, Terminal 21 Korat, was opened in December 2016 and is located on Mittraphap Road in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Terminal 21 Pattaya was opened in October 2018 and is located in Pattaya District of Chonburi Province. There is a proposal for Terminal 21 Rama III to be built by the Chao Phraya river in the Rama III neighbourhood of Yannawa District in Bangkok. On October 20th, 2022, Terminal 21 Rama III officially opened.

It has a gross floor area of 108,000 square metres (1,160,000 sq ft). Robinsons Magnolia is adjacent to the four-tower Magnolia Residences where the iconic Magnolia Ice Cream production plant once stood.

Robinsons Galleria South or simply Galleria South is a mall development located in Nueva, San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines. The mall was the first upscale shopping center in San Pedro City. The mall is owned and operated by Robinsons Malls. It is the 3rd Robinsons Mall to bear the Galleria branding after Robinsons Galleria and Robinsons Galleria Cebu. The mall opened on July 19, 2019.

Seda is a Philippine brand of hotels owned and operated by Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts, a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. The first hotel under the Seda brand began operations in 2012 with the opening of Seda BGC at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The hotel chain has 11 branches as of 2020, all located in the Philippines.
