Pathum Wan is one of the fifty districts (khet) of Bangkok, Thailand. It lies just beyond the old city boundary of Khlong Phadung Krung Kasem, and was a rural area on the eastern outskirts of the city when royal villas were built there in the late nineteenth century. The district was officially established in 1915, and covers an area of 8.37 square kilometres (3.23 sq mi). A large part of the district area is taken up by the campus of Chulalongkorn University and the green expanses of Lumphini Park and the Royal Bangkok Sports Club. By the turn of the 20th–21st centuries, the district had become known as the modern-day city centre, home to the prominent shopping areas of Siam and Ratchaprasong.
Chatuchak is one of the 50 districts (khet) of Bangkok, Thailand. The district is bounded by seven other districts : Lak Si, Bang Khen, Lat Phrao, Huai Khwang, Din Daeng, Phaya Thai, and Bang Sue.

Lat Phrao Road is one main road in Bangkok, Thailand. Despite its name the road does not run through the nearby Lat Phrao District. It begins at Phahonyothin Road, at the corners of the Lat Phrao Square, CentralPlaza Ladprao, and Union Mall in Chatuchak District, passes through Huai Khwang and Wang Thonglang Districts, and ends in Bang Kapi District. The road is serviced by two MRT Blue Line stations: Phahon Yothin and Lat Phrao. The MRT Yellow Line meanwhile runs along the road from YL01 Lat Phrao to YL08 Bang Kapi stations. The BTS Skytrain also serves this road at Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station.
Siam station is the cross-platform interchange station for the BTS Skytrain in Pathum Wan district, Bangkok, Thailand. It is the largest and busiest station on the BTS with 40,000–50,000 passengers per day, where passengers on the Sukhumvit and Silom Lines change trains.

Ratchadamri station is a BTS skytrain station, on the Silom line in Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, Thailand. The station is on Ratchadamri Road between Ratchaprasong intersection and Lumphini Park, amid condominiums, office towers, hotels, and the Royal Bangkok Sports Club racetrack. There is a skyway from the station concourse to St Regis hotel.
Chit Lom station is a BTS skytrain station, on the Sukhumvit Line in Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, Thailand. The station is located on Phloen Chit Road at Chit Lom intersection to Lang Suan and Chit Lom Road. It is also linked by Skybridge directly to Central Chidlom department store, and Sky Walk to Ratchaprasong intersection where Central World, Gaysorn Plaza and Erawan Shrine is situated next to Pratunam clothing market within walking distance from the intersection. The Sky Walk also links the station with Siam station, with cluster of luxury shops in Siam Square and Siam Paragon shopping mall.
Phloen Chit Road is a major road in central Bangkok. Located entirely within Lumphini Subdistrict of Pathum Wan District, it runs a short distance of 1.2 kilometres (0.75 mi) between Ratchaprasong Intersection and the Maenam railway branch line, forming a continuation of the westward Rama I Road and then itself continuing on to the east as Sukhumvit Road. It serves the neighbourhoods of Ratchaprasong, Chit Lom Intersection and Phloen Chit Intersection, which are home to major shopping malls, hotels and office towers. The areas are served by the Chit Lom and Phloen Chit Stations of the BTS skytrain, whose Sukhumvit Line runs above Phloen Chit Road.
Ban Khrua is a historic community neighborhood along Bangkok's Khlong Saen Saep from Saphan Hua Chang to Wat Phrayayang. It includes an area of about 14 rai on both banks of the canal. It's divided into three parts: Ban Khrua Nuea ; Ban Khrua Tai in Ratchathewi District; and Ban Khrua Tawan Tok in Pathum Wan District. The main artery is Ban Khrua Nuea in Soi Kasem San 3, Rama I Road, the boundary between Ratchathewi and Pathum Wan Districts.
Lat Phrao Intersection is a major road junction in Chatuchak District of the Thai capital Bangkok. It is where Phahonyothin and Vibhavadi Rangsit roads—the city's two main northward highways—cross each other, and is also the beginning of Lat Phrao Road, which leads eastward through its highly populated suburbs. The junction carries the second-highest amount of road traffic in the city.
Kamphaeng Phet Road is a road in Thailand capital Bangkok, there are currently eight branches. The road is a site of MRT Blue Line station Kamphaeng Phet.
