Roman Volod'kov (Ukrainian : Роман Володьков; born 12 August 1973 in Zaporizhzhia) is a retired diver from Ukraine, who represented his native country in three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1996. He won a bronze medal in the synchronized 10m platform event at the 2001 World Aquatics Championships and a silver medal in the same event at the 2003 World Aquatics Championships.

The 16th FINA World Championships, also Aquatics 2015, were held in Kazan, Russia from 24 July to 9 August 2015. Russia hosted this event for the first time. The number of participating national teams (190), athletes (2,400) and the number of medals (75) were the most ever amongst these championships. This was the first time the World Aquatics Championships partially overlaps with the FINA World Masters Championships that have a number of athletes, countries (110) and medals (635) which are the most ever also.

Denys Vitaliovych Dubrov was a Ukrainian swimmer. A member of the able-bodied Ukrainian National team, he competed in Paralympic S10 and SM10 events. At the 2016 Rio Paralympics he won three gold, three silver and two bronze medals, setting world records in the Men's SM10 200 m individual medley and S10 100m butterfly events. As of April 2017, he still held the able-bodied Ukrainian National Record in the 200 m individual medley, a time of 2:00.53 which he set in 2009.
