Rommel C. Amatong (born October 5, 1961) is a Filipino politician. A member of the LAKAS-CMD Party, he was elected as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the Second District of Compostela Valley beginning in 2007. He succeeded his father, Prospero Amatong, who represented the same district from 1998 until his retirement in 2007. [1] He is an engineer by profession.

Edcel C. Lagman is a Filipino human rights lawyer and politician from the province of Albay. He was elected as a member of the House in 1987 up to the present. He served as Minority Floor Leader of the House of Representatives of the Philippines until 2012, when he resigned the office. Lagman is one of the key Liberal Party figures in the House of Representatives, having supported the Reproductive Health Bill, the SOGIE Equality Bill, the Free Tertiary Education Act, the Anti-Dynasty Bill, and the Freedom of Information Bill. He is also the principal author of the Divorce Bill, the Human Rights Defenders Bill, the Prevention of Teenage Pregnancy Bill, and the Anti-Child Marriage Bill.

Manuel E. Zamora

Manuel E. "Way Kurat" Zamora is a Filipino politician. A former member of Lakas–CMD, he has been elected to three terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the 1st District of Davao de Oro. First elected in 2001, he was re-elected in 2004 and 2007, and again in 2019.

Prospero "Pros" Sybico Amatong was a Filipino politician. Amatong served as the Governor of Davao del Norte from 1992 until 1998 and as a Congressman in the House of Representatives of the Philippines from 1998 until 2007. He also served as interim governor of Compostela Valley upon its creation.

Cebus 5th congressional district

Cebu's 5th congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Cebu. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. Zamboanga del Norte's 3rd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Zamboanga del Norte. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the southern half of the province consisting of the municipalities of Baliguian, Godod, Gutalac, Kalawit, Labason, Leon B. Postigo, Liloy, Salug, Sibuco, Siocon, Sirawai and Tampilisan. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Isagani Amatong of the Liberal Party (LP).
