Frédérik Edouard Robert "Fred" Deburghgraeve is a former Belgian swimmer who won the gold medal in the 100 m breaststroke and set a world record during the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia. He is now retired from swimming and makes a living as a salesman. He lives in Roeselare. Deburghgraeve was trained by a Dutchman, named Ronald Gaastra.

He won the 20 km event at the 1967 Pan American Games, and finished 25th in that event in the Mexico City 1968 Summer Olympics and 20th in the Montreal 1976 Summer Olympics, but was disqualified in the 1964 Summer Olympics event in Tokyo.

William Ronald Forrester Jr. is an American former competition swimmer, Olympic medalist, and former world record-holder. He represented the United States as an 18-year-old at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Quebec, where he won a bronze medal in the 200-meter butterfly, finishing behind U.S. teammates Mike Bruner and Steve Gregg. Forrester won three gold and two bronze medals at the world championships in 1975 and 1978. Forrester graduated from Auburn University in 1980 and later worked as a swim coach, founding the Georgia Coastal Aquatic Team in 1994.
Ronald Mulder is a Dutch speed skater. He won bronze in the men's 500 metres event at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, and finished sixth in the men's 500 metres event at the 2012 World Single Distance Championships. His twin brother, Michel Mulder, is also a speed skater. Both competed in The World Games 2017 in Wroclaw, Poland representing the Netherlands in 500 metres sprint and 200 metres time trial.
