Derek Trucks is an American guitarist, songwriter, and founder of the Grammy Award-winningThe Derek Trucks Band. He became an official member of The Allman Brothers Band in 1999. In 2010 he formed the Tedeschi Trucks Band with his wife, blues singer/guitarist Susan Tedeschi. His musical style encompasses several genres and he has twice appeared on Rolling Stone's list of 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time. He is the nephew of Butch Trucks, drummer for the Allman Brothers.
The Essential Allman Brothers Band: The Epic Years is a greatest hits album by the Allman Brothers Band released in 2004. The album is put out by their former label, Epic Records, and is part of then-Sony BMG's The Essential series. The album has songs created by the band from their switch to Epic for their 1989 reformation until they left the label in 2003. What is now Sony Music Entertainment also owns the band's releases on Arista Records.
Dozin' at the Knick is a recording of the Grateful Dead performing live in concert at the Knickerbocker Arena in Albany, New York. It was recorded March 24–26, 1990, and was released in 1996. The album was certified Gold by the RIAA on March 28, 2000. Fans of the Dead frequently refer to the album as "Dosin" at the Knick.
Download Series Volume 7 is a live album by the rock band the Grateful Dead. It was released as a digital download on November 1, 2005 and is a three disc compilation of the band performing in 1980 on September 3 at Springfield Civic Center in Springfield, Massachusetts and September 4 at Providence Civic Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Discs one and two come from September 3 and disc three comes from the second set on September 4.

It was recorded during the group's annual Beacon Theatre run in New York City on March 25 and 26, 2003, and released a year later.

Announced for the celebration of their 50th anniversary, it consists of 30 complete, previously unreleased concerts—73 hours of music—with one show per year from 1966 through 1995. The box set is individually numbered and limited to 6,500 copies. It was released on October 7, 2015.
