Rybaczówka [rɨbaˈt͡ʂufka] is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Olsztynek, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. [1] It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Olsztynek and 25 km (16 mi) south of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
