Sacred Heart Academy's Upper School student-athletes participates in 10 varsity sports, 2 club teams, and one intramural program. Varsity programs include: Basketball, Crew, Cross Country, Field Hockey, Golf, Lacrosse, Swimming, Tennis, Track & Field, and Volleyball.
Sacred Heart Academy's Middle School participates in Field Hockey, Basketball, Track & Field, and Lacrosse.
Sacred Heart Academy's Lower School participates in Track & Field.

NYA was founded in 1814, in what was then North Yarmouth, Maine, prior to the 1849 secession that established Yarmouth, the town in which the school now stands. Gilmour Academy is an independent, Catholic, coeducational, college-preparatory day and boarding school in the Cleveland suburb of Gates Mills, Ohio, United States. Founded in 1946 by the Brothers of Holy Cross, Gilmour Academy has three divisions, Lower School, Middle School and Upper School. In the Lower School, Gilmour offers a Montessori preschool program for 18 months - PreK. The Lower School also houses the children in Kindergarten through Grade 6. The Agnes Irwin School is a non-sectarian college preparatory day school for girls from pre-kindergarten through grade 12. It was founded in 1869 by Agnes Irwin in Philadelphia. Irwin, a great-great-granddaughter of Benjamin Franklin, later became the first dean of Radcliffe College. In 1933, the campus moved to Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, and then to its present location in Rosemont in 1961.
The Regis School of the Sacred Heart is an elementary and middle school for boys. It is located at 7330 Westview Drive in the Spring Branch area of Houston, in the U.S. state of Texas. The boys school serves students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. The school has been single gender and non-profit since its founding and is a Houston Area Independent School. Regis is also part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. As at 2022, the school has about 277 students enrolled, and it celebrated its thirtieth anniversary during the 2021–22 school year. Regis, an independent Catholic school, is the only all-boys school of the Archdiocese to have early childhood, elementary, and middle school programs in one school.
