"Sailing Free" is the eleventh single by Olivia Lufkin, a singer of American and Japanese descent, released on April 15, 2009. [1] It is her first single in more than two years, with her previous single being released in late 2006. "Sailing Free" is a collaboration single with Inoran, guitarist of Luna Sea and the theme song to a new game exclusive to the PSP of the video game saga Sengoku Basara (or in English, Devil Kings), titled Sengoku Basara Battle Heroes.

Nami Tamaki is a Japanese pop singer. As a teenager under the Sony Music Japan label, she had four top-ten albums, two of which reached number one. Her singles were used as theme songs for animated shows such as Mobile Suit Gundam Seed, Gundam Seed Destiny, and D. Gray-man, as well as being representative of the J-Pop music trend. Olivia Lufkin

Olivia Lufkin, professionally known as Olivia, is a Japanese-American bilingual singer and songwriter. She was born in Japan to the daughter of a Japanese mother and an American father. Her two younger siblings are Jeffrey Lufkin, a musician she regularly collaborates with and Caroline Lufkin, an independent musician. Lufkin began her solo career after singing in the Japanese girl group, D&D. She gained mainstream success in 2006 after creating songs for the fictional band Trapnest under the alias of Olivia Inspi' Reira (Trapnest). The songs were used for the popular anime adaptation of Nana.

Sengoku Basara: Samurai Kings is a Japanese anime television series based on the Capcom video game series of the same name made by Production I.G, planned and written by Yasuyuki Muto, and chiefly directed by Itsuro Kawasaki. The series started broadcast on Japan's Chubu-Nippon Broadcasting (CBC) station in April 2009; other networks broadcast the episodes within a few days, including TBS, MBS, and Animax. Date Masamune (<i>Sengoku Basara</i>)

Date Masamune is a fictional videogame character from Capcom's popular action game franchise, Sengoku Basara, first introduced in the 2005 video game Devil Kings. A young samurai serving the Takeda clan, Sanada Yukimura, fights in the Sengoku period to help his clan unify Japan. While the first four games involve his growth as a samurai and deal with him taking over leadership, the spin-off game Sengoku Basara Sanada Yukimura-Den follows the character's backstory. He has also appeared in the series' anime, manga, stage play, and drama CD adaptations.
