"You and I" is a song by Danish electropop singer Medina. It was released in the United Kingdom on 21 September 2009 and in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on 3 May 2010. The song is an English version of the Danish song, "Kun for mig", released in late 2008 in Denmark, where it spent 52 weeks on the singles chart; six weeks at number one. Originally written by Medina, Jeppe Federspiel and Rasmus Stabell it was translated into English by Adam Powers and Julie Steincke, and released as Medina's debut single from her international studio album, Welcome to Medina.

The song was recorded at Ocean Way Recording, Hollywood, California and mastered at Masterdisk. The lyrics of the song concern Neil's wife and family. Jacknife Lee, who previously remixed "Silhouettes" for the Biffy Clyro and Sucioperro side project Marmaduke Duke, recorded a remix for the song.
"Never Be Your Woman" is a song recorded by British record producer Naughty Boy, featuring lead vocals from British rapper Wiley and British singer and songwriter Emeli Sandé. It was released on 28 February 2010 by Relentless Records and samples White Town's 1997 number-one single "Your Woman", which in turn features a trumpet line taken from the 1932 recording "My Woman" by Lew Stone & his Monseigneur Band. The song was written by Steve Mac, Wayne Hector, and Aggro Santos and produced by Mac for his first album, AggroSantos.com (2011). After Santos mentioned to Gary Barlow that he was interested in making a duet with Walsh, Barlow contacted her and arranged their duet. Originally, Walsh's part was sung by a male. The song uses synthesiser noises while Walsh's voice was described by reviewers as sultry and monotone.
