Sajjad Amin Malik (born 3 December 1973) is a Pakistani male weightlifter, competing in the 105 kg category and representing Pakistan at international competitions. He participated at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in the 105 kg event. [1]

Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari(English IPA: fɑrukʰ æɦmæd ləɡhərɪ̈), was a Pakistani politician who served as the eighth President of Pakistan from 14 November 1993 until resigning on 2 December 1997. He is the first Baloch to have been elected as President.
Operation Grand Slam was a key operation of the 1965 Indo-Pakistani War. It refers to a plan drawn up by the Pakistan Army, in May 1965, to attack the vital Akhnoor Bridge in Jammu and Kashmir. The bridge was not only the lifeline of an entire infantry division in Jammu and Kashmir, but could also be used to threaten Jammu, an important logistical point for Indian forces. The operation ended in a failure for the Pakistan Army as the stated military objectives were not achieved and they subsequently were forced to retreat following a counterattack by the Indian Army.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, now has control over the Pakistan Sports Board. The PSB controls all 39 sporting federations. The Pakistan Sports Board is supported by the Pakistan Sports Trust, which assists hard up players and associations so they can continue participating in sports.

In an attempt to turn it into a gold, Nooh attempted 228 kg in 2nd and 231 kg in third attempt but couldn’t do it successfully.
